The toilet and shower is like a janitors closet. I would like if there was a nicer sink and cleaner bathroom and shower. There is an odor, I think its from the smoke area that gets into the hallway to the rooms. Thin walls and you can hear the person next door opening the door thats stuck, I think you may have to shim the door to fit properly. Loud because I think a bar is below the floor

There was issues with the water supply, so shower and tap didn’t work for several hours. That was very impractical and disappointing.

Location was very practical and close to all the main places in Naha. It takes just 15 min from the airport to hostel. Owners were friendly and approachable.

I did not like the smell in the common space. It feels like smell of an old uncleaned building. However, my room surprisingly has no smell at all. I recommend to use a botanical aroma in the common space.

The hostel location is very convenient for me to visit places nearby. The price is cheap for 3 nights.

There was a smoking place, but it was next to the living room and the beds, so it was smoky all around. Not comfortable for non-smokers Also you need to pay 100 jpy to use the air conditioner

There was only a small fridge for the whole place and there were a bunch of guys talking loud next to my room. As a result of that, I ended up not sleeping the whole night. By the way, I only saw one bathroom and I don’t know if there was another one

A minor downside: the dorm hallway and bathrooms are a bit tight on space. Still, I would definitely recommend this hostel – especially for the amazing bed and great location.

I stayed for just one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. The absolute highlight was the bed – exceptionally large for a hostel and the mattress was thick and super comfortable. No chance of getting back pain! Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The location is also excellent – just a five-minute walk from the monorail, making it very convenient. Another plus: the hostel has an elevator, which is great when carrying luggage.

The smoking area was in the main lobby, bathroom and laundry area, which was connected to the main spared space/tables by a door that was always kept open. So the whole place smelled like cigarettes. The hostel dorm bunks were also in the main room/shared space so it was very loud all night, and smelled like cigarettes. Little privacy, although there were curtains for the bunks (with big gaps). Something sticky was spilled over the floor at night, unavoidabley at the bottom of the ladder to my bed. The rubbish bin was overflowing as well. I feel that most of my issues were with the other guests, not the hostel. Staff were lovely and it was very cheap and in a great location!

Unfortunately, there was a smoking area right next to the bathrooms and laundry room and the smell was actually everywhere. They tried to make it a little more comfy with room scent but the mix of them was even worse :/ in a double bed room you have to share one blanket which was alright for us but might be an issue for others. Also, it was very humid in our room and the whole atmosphere was not really satisfying.. I wouldn’t stay in the dormitory, I guess..

The facilities are pretty bad. The showers are poor as well as the bathrooms. The biggest issue is the "smoke room". It is simply a bench in the middle of the hostel so when someone would smoke the entire hostel smelled like smoke. I'm dead serious staying at this hostel took years off of my life. I couldn't believe how positive the reviews were for what the hostel was. Stay somewhere else

The smell of the food if someone is eating late in the night in the dormitory. The smell of cigarettes (ONLY during the day) in dormitory. Apart from that, no major problems. Very good.

Enough place to put your stuff near your bed in the dormitory. Finally a mattress soft in Japan (maybe too much). Nice localisation. Good value for money 👍

The place was horrible. I was there during heavy rain and the place was old and smelly . Water would wet inside the toilette and the hall.. the floor was wet and nobody was coming to clean .. my room was ok and the only reason I slept one night was because the bed itself was not smelly + it was too rainy to leave . I almost didn’t sleep as somewhere in the building someone played music literally the entire night ( until 6 or 7) and I didn’t even shower there as the bathroom was terrible. The Ac was with coins (horrible system) and I saw the owner put 5/6coins in when I arrived , I though that would be at least enough for a night but no … overall I was really disgusted.

I enjoyed nothing I booked 3 nights and I left after the first one.

Location is awesome. Within a walk from the beach and the downtown market area, and the train. Staff is amazing! Definitely help you feel comfortable.
