United StatesThe walls were a bit thin. One night we heard the person in the next door room sneezing. I can see this being a problem if you end up placed next to a noisy group. The decorum had a classical theme, which was executed well but not to my personal taste. This isn't a criticism, just a comment.
Great location right next to Kure station. This is a convenient place to stay while traveling around Kure and Hiroshima. The rooms were clean and comfortable and met our expectations. There were several restaurants on site, including a bistro and a cafe on the first floor. I know they have a beer garden on the roof, but I'm not sure when it's open.

United StatesMy only complaint is that the gym doesn’t open until 12pm. That might just be a thing in Japan. But I like to work out in the morning before my day starts.
The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, you choose from either American or Japanese and they serve several courses. Location is great with the train station right across the street.

AustraliaThe breakfast menu was the same every day. This needs to change. Suggest having a buffer breakfast for easier and faster service. Also, there was no barbeque and grilled restaurant opened on the 7th floor. We hope that this will be available during longer periods (not only in summer).
The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for local transport.

On arrival we were meet by delightful, friendly and helpful staff. Second night the staff changed and so did the atmosphere. It was all very serious and cold, including the water the following morning. Lights in bathroom were inadequate. When I told manager he just wrote it down, no apology for our cold showers. Apart from that it was very good.
