The staff were so friendly & helpful. The room size was perfectly fine. Great location, walking distance to the A Bomb Dome & Museum. Plus a tram spot directly out front. Happy hour was a nice bonus too!

Room was small for european tourists with suitcases. There are not any wardrobe or suitable places for suit cases. Also doublebed is small for 2 people. Wiew from window was just on the close wall of next building.

Hotel is situated very close to Peace monument and with good connection to all important tourist places. Hotel is clear and staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

For a room this expensive I’d typically expect a bit more, for example to have breakfast included, but that would have been even more expensive! The bed was huge which is just not necessary for one person, and it seems this was size over comfort— bed was a bit hard and had a ridge in the middle (where they probably put two smaller beds together to make one big one). If that’s all that’s bad, not really a big problem though.

This hotel was a bit more expensive than I usually go for, but it was all that was available. That said, you get what you pay for— this hotel was nice! No complaints about the room or anything really.

The rooms were very small and the washing machines in the laundry leak water (which pools at the base of the washing machine) and the dryer takes forever to dry clothes.

Great location - a short walk to the museum and peace park and close to nearby restaurants and cafes. The beds were comfortable and the onsite sento was appreciated.

When we received the room, it wasn’t very clean. There were leftover food sauce stains on the table from the previous guests, and there were a few stains on the bedding. We were very tired on the first day, so we didn’t complain about it. Additionally, the room was relatively small, as expected in Japan, but it was well-organized, so we managed with two trolley suitcases

The receptionist at the hotel was very kind and wonderful! She really helped us understand how to get around Miyajima and gave us information about events happening in Hiroshima. The hotel is in a great location, close to the bus/streetcar station, as well as the shopping street and the Peace Memorial Museum.

The AC faced the bed which made it uncomfortable to have it on during the night. The curtain does not block out the morning light.

Good equiped room of small size, with a bed approx 160cm wide. Was a good stay for one night. The breakfast (1500yen) was a great choice, offered both international breads as well as traditional Japanese dishes. Rooms comes with pajamas and slippers.

The shower room is like 3 inches above the room floor which is a bit awkward to get in and out. Just be careful not to trip over when I get in. So, might not be ideal if you have young children. But the shower room itself is nice and clean.

Great location, walkable distance to the museum and memorial park. Good restaurants nearby. Onsen is basic, but still good to have to wind down in the evening. Good size room, very comfy bed.

Room was quite small compared to other hotels we stayed. When you open one luggage you cannot move. There is also no storage under bed etc. They only have small space in the entrance which can accommodate one luggage.

Very kind staff and easy access to all important touristic locations. They also have happy hour between 6-8 in the evening so you can enjoy one drink after a long day.
