Despite loads of room there was no storage for clothes in either of the bedrooms. It was not clear to us which property was ours so we had try our entrance code in a few doors before finding the right one.

The property was clean, stylish and well equipped.

The kitchen needs directions on how to work appliances. Larger coffee cups would be useful. It’s challenging to see as you pull out onto the road- the bushes/weeds need to be cut back. It’s not close to anything so either you have to fix meals or drive to restaurants and convenience stores.

Lovely apartment like dwelling, with cute porch. It had a nice kitchen and shower room. The beds were comfortable. The management company was very responsive. They have wines for sale at the property, but should offer some at a variety of price points.

The only thing would be that there was only one place you could eat for dinner with the shuttle service. So there were no options to eat other places. Without booking a taxi or dining in which could end up being a little pricy.

We loved how modern and spacious it was and the location was very close to the resort! We loved how there was a free shuttle service and it was very easy to book. The staff were very accomodating and very easy and fast to communicate.

Needed a bit more basics like something to wipe the table and kitchen with. And more importantly kitchen towels. The bathroom is fairly cold even when we kept the door open all day to keep it same temperature as living room, but it would cool down quickly while taking a shower, unsure what could be done to improve the comfort when taking a shower.

Great property and convenient location for those with cars. If you do not have a car, you might find this location difficult. Very quiet. Nice living area to relax in the evening. Beds were ok. Pillows could be a bit higher but it seems to be the case with all properties with stayed in Japan that pillows are nearly flat.

The only thing that wasn't perfect were the shuttle times. If you wanted to night ride you were at the resort all day, but this is a minor issue, as the resort is also great!

EVERYTHING! The accommodation was very well done. The shuttle staff was not only punctual, but so willing to help! Our one night shuttle driver made an extra stop by the pharmacy for me to get Ibuprofen, and saved my back! The options for dining and wine were also exceptional! If you're looking at this property, just book it now.

The house and amenities were beautiful. Just a 5 minute drive to the resort and a free shuttle was provided everyday to and from, just make sure to reserve a spot the night before.

The place is clean modern and very very nice. The area is in the forest of Hokkaido and was exactly what I was looking for. Very peaceful. It is a relatively remote area so driving is recommended. The breakfast that was provided was sufficient and full of options.

It was just a bit tricky finding the exact location and the right room. But we called the staff and they were friendly, helpful and cooperative.

The apartment was very peaceful, well equipped, modern and comfortable. The beds were great, and several different pillows to choose from. We loved the open air bath, balcony and upmarket decor, spacious living and dining areas. Each bedroom also had a separate en suite bathroom. Everything we needed was supplied and even a few games to play! It was so relaxing and peaceful, that not only did we extend our stay by an extra night, but we even booked our next stay already.

Concierge was unhelpful when we asked for restaurant info/ shop info. Every time they gave us a restaurant that's closed in the summer ( which was stated clearly on the restaurant websites). The stairs did not have bars so it would be dangerous for young kids to walk up and down the stairs without supervision as they could fall off from upstairs.

It is a nice and new villa. The rooms were very bright from 5am already in the summer so would be much better if they ha blackout curtains.

The staff we not at all accommodating. They refused to give us an extra blanket claiming they didn't have any, and directed us to "turn on the heating if we were cold". Considering this is at the higher end budget wise, it's frankly unbelievable.

We booked an apartment with two double beds in the same room. What we did not expect was that the beds just had a single quilts/bed cover to share on each bed. The single bed cover in each bed created an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement for 4 travlerers incljuding a woman because none of us knew each other that well. We contacted customer service whici seemed to be outsourced to some place overseas. They told us to go to the departmentstore ourselves and buy extra covers and in general they were completely unwilling to help. (There is no departmenstore for bed covers near Rusutsu) For couples, this bedding arrangement is fine. Otherwise not really. Its a shame because the apartment is otherwise nice.

It was clean, new with a nice living room, kitchen and bath. Easy parking right in front of the apartment.

staff keep sent fake evident to asking for me to take responsibility on crack wash basin. They use a photo from another room to show normal wash basin on the day we check-in. I keep asking for photo from the same room before we check in but they don’t sent me and persist to ask me for take responsibility. This is suspicious for scam.

Walls are thin and you share walls with another unit. At 2 am you could hear the other guests having conversations.
