I didn’t like that even as guests in the hotel we had to order drinks in order to sit in the lobby. I understand requiring at least one drink when using the cafe, but they also required guests sitting in the lobby to buy something.

Great value for the money, very clean and comfortable beds, clean showers. Rooms were tastefully decorated, very modern and new hotel. Rooms were quite large for Japanese standards.

Unfriendly staff and not having a proper lobby to relax - you had to purchase something to sit in the cafe - even at the back where check-in is. Was super annoying especially as the area was always so quiet.

Clean rooms, large bathroom and very comfortable beds. We were told room service was every 3 days, but they still left fresh towels outside the room each day.

The room was small but it was clean and well-designed. The bed was comfy. Breakfasts were great and enough to get the day going - I could skip lunch and was still able to do well but fellow travelers pls don't and just enjoy more good foods of Sapporo. Also, the hotel's location in Susukino was convenient to get around.

No parking but there is plenty of parking spots around Sapporo (sadly with varied fees). Hooks for hanging clothes in the toilet would've been lovely.

Glad that we stayed here! It's located almost at the end of a lively shopping/food street so it was fun to walk to or from the hotel but not noisy to live in. The location is also convenient, more or less than 15 min walking distance for most things we wanted to do/eat in the city. "A lot" of convenient stores around the corners. You can also catch the airport bus 4 min away. Love the concept of books and as a guest you can borrow up to two. Appreciate the hotel also having a café where you can even have breakfast (their toasts are tasty and affordable but get sold out fast so be early!). The staff is nice and respectful. There is a backdoor if you don't want to walk through the café/reception. The limited space of our room was used smartly. In my opinion, you get more than what you paid. Would consider staying here again if I do visit Sapporo again!

No change maker for laundry machine - I had to buy a drink and I almost didn't have enough change for the washer.

Location is really convienent and close to food areas. We arrived late at night and it was a quick check in process and walk to get dinner. The room initially felt small, but after being there overnight, we realized we had enough space. Washers are located downstairs and they have built in dryers that somewhat work.

The bedroom we we stayed in was a tiny bit tight for two people with two luggages. It was fine but just made it a bit hard to repack/open luggages when the time came for it, otherwise space was okay.

Really great location, and the amenities and facilities felt new and modern. Very cosy vibes, they make sure you feel like you're in your own cosy nook. The bed, lighting, bath situation was great.

Great location, right inside Tanukijoji shopping arcade and just a few blocks off Odori Park. Despite its central location, it’s very quiet. The rooms were perfectly clean and the Moderate Double Room was perfectly spacious for 2 people, and the Standard very comfortable for one. Staff are kind and the cafe area is super cute. Breakfast was also delicious! Definitely would stay again.

It’s seriously abit too narrow, even the top-opening suitcase would occupy most of the way lol But considering the location that’s still endurable.

The location is pretty good, even though it’s kinda between the two metro station (odori and susukino). But it’s really close to the restaurants/ bistro in tanukikoji. The vibe is chill and hipster with the simple and stylish decorations. All the facilities are great, also the cleanliness.

Great location within an entire shopping and eateries area. Decor was comfortable, calming and modern and the whole space was clean as well.
