Very good location near the beach and the train. There were many restaurants at 5 minutes walking. It had washing machine. The bath has drier for the clothes. The apartment has also a small kitchen well equipped.

Very small - for 2 persons max. Things to be considered when choosing this property: located directly next to railway, no parking spot at the property - public parking with fee at least 1500 yen/ day available in walking distance.

Not the host's fault at all, but depending on your neighbors at the apartment, the walls and floors are incredibly thin, so if you have a noisy neighbor, it may be an issue. The host does supply earplugs in the room. It's important to note we were in the ground floor room, so being higher up in the building may help. We had a person staying above us who was moving furniture around, and walking back and forth until 4am, so we unfortunately didn't sleep well. However, the host was quick to respond and quickly reported the issue to the guest about the noise complaint.

Great location, about 5 minutes walk from the station. 3 minutes walk to Enoshima Aquarium. Easy check in with the door code, and good facilities at the apartment such as a kitchen and laundry machine. Host has very good communication and was lovely to contact.

Perfect stay – Highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay in this vacation apartment! The accommodation was clean, modern, and very well-equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. We particularly liked the thoughtful decor, which immediately created a welcoming atmosphere. The location was ideal: quiet, yet close to all the major attractions and shopping. The hosts were also extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us valuable tips for excursions and restaurants and were available at any time.

Lack of storage space. We stayed as a family (2 adults and 1 small child). We had 2 large suitcases and 1 carry-on size luggage. We managed during the stay but it was tight in the room to manage those luggages. I will probably book the one with 2 rooms.

Access to the train station, sightseeing places, and restaurants were great for family. Nice to have the washer in the room. It was very helpful for a family with a small kid. Easy check-in and check-out process was helpful. I also liked that the staff contacted me via message system to make sure the comfortable stay.

So, the place was simply not cleaned properly. There was a lot of hair from the last tenants in the sleeper sofa (I had to sweep them together and throw them in the toilet). The floor was also very dusty and sandy. The apartment is also right next to the train line, so be aware that you hear and feel the trains on the track. Lastly, this is not an apartment for 4 adults. The sleeper sofa is very minimalistic and both beds are very hard to sleep on. Two adults and two small (to 8 years) children could work, but even then you have difficulty getting to the bathroom. Ideally an accommodation for 2 adults only.

The place is close to the train station (which is also a negative) and also close to the beach and restaurants. The owner's user/rental manual is very useful and they have Netflix, which was nice. Communication with the owner was easy and small things like washing detergent and shampoo were a nice touch. For 2 people, this place would be ideal for a holiday apartment.

Amazing location! It’s a few minutes away from the train station, the beach, convenient stores, restaurants, the Enoshima Aquarium, etc. The place is more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, having extra amenities like a washing machine, microwave, rice cooker, Netflix, etc. The host was always in communication and very cordial. The train passes by next to the building, but I don’t mind because it sounds like a very soft thunder, and the service ends at a certain point at night anyway. I also like how I don’t have to worry about carrying a key because the lock is a code. I stayed at 5 different hotels in Japan this summer and this is by far my favourite.

The property was very clean and well equipped with daily needs. Close to shops, convenience stores and restaurants, as well as a train station and the beach.

The only thing that maybe could be a little annoying is that the location of the house is in front of the train rails so, you can hear the train passing through time to time but is not much problem.

The place is very nice, equipped with a laundry machine, ofuro, induction kitchen, kettle and some utensils. The stay for a couples like in my case, was great but if you tide a little bit you can fit up to 4 people. Once I make a reservation the owner send even the spots that could be of interests. There is a manual available with the instructions to use the facilities in English which could be helpful for those who doesn't speak Japanese at all. The location is nearby to the beach and enoshima island.

Very clean and well decorated. Out of all places we have stayed in Japan this was by far the best regarding location, price, and and extra utilities!

Everything is good but the noise from the train is a little annoying. They provide us earplugs.

The location is great and the instructions are clear. Pretty clean and comfortable during our stay. Highly recommended for taking a weekend trip here.
