I loved everything!! The accomodation is located right next to the metro station, the owner is really helpful, he answered all my questions really fast and there is a luggage storage area for before the check in and for after the check out. The room is also way bigger than I expected and all in all everything was perfect and better than expected!

Only down side- as quite common in Japan, the bed was on the harder side however we did still manage to sleep… but if you are sensitive to the softness of a mattress you may struggle a little.

Beautiful and clean apartment. Room felt like a nice hotel. It had everything we needed, especially the washing machine, balcony to hang washing, and well equiped kitchenette. We also loved the little seating/table area for meals. It is a little way away from the main shopping/tourist areas but it’s just a few minutes walk to the train and then only 10-15 mins trip. Theres a really good supermarket across the road (and a Daiso above it) with so much variety. Tip- you are given instructions by the owner on how to enter the building with a code… the panel you use the code on is the one to the right of the main entry doors.

Smell from the toilet sewage system, but condition improved if toilet door was open during we were out for sightseeing in day time.

A little bit further away from Osaka CBD than expected. But train station close by.

Room had all comforts needed, including bath, kitchenette, washing machine and drying room. Opposite to convenience shops and train station.

The airport train from Kansai to the property was a walk to get to, but maybe a struggle for people carrying luggage. But the metro to get around the city is just a block away.

Instructions were clear and spot on! The room was clean and spacious. Plus, the location was near to the metro and easy to get around. There are convenient stores nearby.

Nothing really, I loved the place.

The rooms are spacious, with a separate bathroom and WC — super convenient for getting ready at the same time. I especially loved the big window and terrace, which brought in a lot of light and gave the space a more open feel. The location is great: about a 20-minute walk from the train station, but just a short stroll to the metro that takes you directly to the city center. The beds were a bit stiff for my taste, but still comfortable. The entire place was spotless! And by Japanese standards, the room size was very generous. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service, with clear instructions. There’s also a convenient area to store luggage after checkout — it’s an open space, but surprisingly safe (this really blew my mind!). Bonus points for the umbrellas available on every floor — such a thoughtful touch that saves you from buying and carrying one around.

Located at only two stations from Namba, the place is amazing! Clean, with all the amenities you might need, a supermarket is right across the street and the staff was very helpful and understanding! Would definitely come back here again!

It is one-two stops away (depending on which train you take) from Namba where Dotonbori etc. is so it is quite central. Close to Hanazonocho stn. Across the street there was a family mart and a food market (downstairs has regular supermarket groceries and ready to eat food and baked goods, upstairs is a cafe that you can eat what you bought (came in handy on our final day). The sink and bathroom are separated. Useful if you are sharing the room. There is microwave and kettle in the room. Building is new and has an elevator. Beds were wide. We had a comfortable stay.

At first, we were not familiar with the place and the area. However, once we stayed for a night or two; everything became easier and we called this place home. The location is very convenient and close to everything (i.e. supermarkets, train stations, many local restaurants and pharmacies)
