Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeThe hassle to check out and check in again for consecutive nights stay.
It's a capsule hotel with solo rooms available, which means no ladders or stairs to climb to reach the bed. The best thing about the place is the drinks dispenser. Two machines are available, one for soft drinks, the other for hot and cold coffee/tea, which you can sit at the common dining area sipping your drink, charging your electronic device while surfing or streaming on the high speed internet. Location is walking distance to the two train stations nearby, lots of eateries and shopping available.

United KingdomThe community/eating area is quite small. Although it was never full when I used it it will probably happen. The lockers are also quite small. My suitcase barely fitted. If it's larger than carry on size it probably won't fit.
Good location and had good security (have to give the key to our locker/ dormitory every time we wanted to leave the building). Good amount of showers, had hair iron and curler. Also free drinks(such as coffee, tea, cola and others)

JapanThe shower rooms don’t LOOK clean even if they may be clean. I was hoping to get a reply to my booking request before I checked in but they replied the next day.
It’s my second time staying. I like the option for late checkout. You can even stay all day for an extra fee (no cleaning). Free drink bar!

SingaporePersonal lockers cannot fit 28"-inch luggage. Locker area is not wide enough to handle more than 3 ppl sorting out luggages. Shoe-changing is forced by shoe-locker-key + locker-key-exchange through counter - whenever exiting and returning the bldg premises. But who knows how often they change slippers..
The staff might not be well-versed with English (or other languages), but they try, and even use Google Translate. Has a mini lounge with (non-alcoholic) drinks bar, unlike other places who charge you for water. You'll get pyjamas so feel free to skip packing any

JapanThey take your shoes hostage in exchange for the key when you enter so it’s annoying to go in and out frequently.

AustraliaI think it was not so quiet for my sleeping as 'not busy', but the capsule certainly attempts to place customers apart to reduce noise from people returning at different times, and coughing, or making a racket. Most customers are Japanese and considerate. I don't normally sleep in hotels, but the bed isn't the reason in this instance, or any capsule, but the different pillows in hotels typically. So, for me its worth it. I thought the aircon was week in this capsule.
I loved the easy access to Keisei Funabashi Station for 1hr train to Narita airport (Y750). I left early to ensure I got a seat on the train. I loved the work space in reception, so I was able to work there, charge devices, store surplus luggage, even if required to exit the building. The tagging of baggage gave me confidence in baggage security. The locker was big enough for airport carry-on, as long as not rigid case. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
