The room was well equipped and very clean! Bath was perfect as well after a long day. Exceptional breakfast; the onigiri and miso soup provided every morning was great for a day out in the city.

A truly Japanese style hotel, situated close to train station. Small hotel. Individual attention given to quests. A Wonderful experience. Rooms are big & easily accommodated 3 people. Our room had a balcony which was a plus. Japanese breakfast served.

The hotel was intimate and our room was spacious and resembled a very modern Ryokan. The breakfast was traditional and delicious. It included rice pockets with a choice of fillings prepared by their chef, which sat on a bed of dried seaweed, and was served with a side of pickles and miso. The meal was flavoursome and fresh. The location was very convenient for us, noting the train and tram station a stone throw away. The area was buzzing with people, and then nice and quiet at night.

Small but well-appointed room. Front desk staff very helpful and kind, appreciate them holding our bags before check-in. Included breakfast was delicious onigiri and tea.

I wish there was also a coffee option provided with breakfast. I love tea, but do appreciate a coffee to start my day. No one told us about the sauna that is in the hotel, we had to ask ourselves. It is an additional charge so we did not use it.

The hotel staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Room was sparkling clean with lovely amenities and comfortable beds. Just around the corner from the train station and bustling shops. Would return in a heartbeat!

Beds were Japanese style - low to the ground. They couldn’t give us a morning snack for an early departure.

We felt really welcome and taken care of. The onigiri breakfast was really nice as well.

・The hotel is very close to the station. ・The outdoor lobby on the first floor is spacious and has a nice atmosphere. ・The view of Kamakura city from the top floor is nice. ・The facilities are clean and comfortable. ・The room is well-cleaned. ・The staff are kind and polite. ・The staff will fulfill your various requests. ・They decorated the shelf at the entrance to the room with flowers and photos of my father's memories. ・The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my father's 88th birthday. Hotel staff member Akimoto-san consulted with us before our stay. On the day of our stay, she supported us for an hour to take family photos at the hotel. We are very happy.

・The road from the station to the hotel was rough and difficult to find. ・We had to wait at check-in due to a lack of staff. ・The breakfast explanation was hard to understand. ・The space in front of the elevator on the first floor was narrow. ・We didn't know how to use the stopper for the washbasin in the room. ・The door to Room 51 was in a bad position, so there was no place to put our shoes. ・It took a long time to collect our luggage after checking out. I think we needed help from other staff members besides Akimoto-san. However, thank you very much for accommodating our various requests.

It was clean, comfortable and well located. All the staff were super friendly, polite and helpful.

Great service mind and staff is very helpful, Sauna is very best experience for us, the hotel is near station, convenient to travel. We’ll back to stay again when visiting Kamakura.

Good size room, huge bathroom for Japan. Comfortable Beds. Free drinks daily, good breakfast. Good location if you are able to arrive at Kamakura Station.

A very nice, small hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent, very clean, and spacious. The breakfast was traditional Japanese, which was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended hotel!
