View on... wall and window of the next building. Sometimes, some bad smell from the drain. Quite noisy, street cars, subway vibrations. Maybe upper floors rooms are better... Needs deeper cleaning.

The room I got was pretty old and the carpet smells not so clean. Rest room was very small and the sink was somewhat clogged. The window curtain was almost broken and I had to try my best to open/close it.

Good location, cheaper than most of the business hotel. Staff was friendly. The bed was quite good.

Nothing is very satisfying

The place is comfortable, environmentally friendly, the staff is very good, also close to the station, it feels like I want to vacation at the hotel there again if I travel again later

It was dirty! To get to the room we had to wait for cleaning staff to take out the garbage. They filled the elevator with the trash and then took it out in front of all guests. The elevator stunk so bad. Room had layers of dust on the walls and I think I saw puke stain that wasn’t cleaned properly. Front desk not welcoming.

Wi-Fi didn’t work for the five nights we stayed. Because of this, we chewed through our mobile data. Asked staff for help but nothing was done, and no one followed up. We also asked if we could send our luggage to the next hotel. They simply said “no” and were rude and unhelpful, giving short one-word answers with no suggestions. Because of that, we had to walk 15 minutes in the heavy rain after check out to find a convenience store that offered the service, which ultimately delayed our trip and made it an uncomfortable journey. The cleanliness of our room was also not up to standard - hairs left in the bathroom which also stunk, and under the bed was absolutely disgusting.

Staff was pretty helpful . Some of them speak English, especially in the morning. It's near asakusa eki. Like 4 minutes walk

walls aren’t sounds proof. you’ll hear a lot of noise from the steeet (I heard lots of cars and trains or people shouting)

check in was super easy, bed and room was super comfy for a solo traveller. amazing location. clean (only found 2 hair in bathtub) I’d definitely stay again

Shower curtain was covered in mold. 4 people in room, they repeatedly gave us 3 towels. We knew the room was small, but there was no storage options for bags, no where to unpack or hang anything. The air conditioning units vented into the landing outside the room, making elevator and room super hot in summer. When we got to the room it was not cooled at all, same sweltering temp as hellish corridor. Vent in shower, that my husband hit with head, was covered in dust.

the room i was given was on the 11 floor. i wasn’t expecting to have a room that had broken window blind where it was very hard to use and worried it will just fall off. main concern was the room wasn’t fully cleaned as it was extremely dusty especially on the overhead space by the top of the bed. even the room itself was very dusty on every edges. above all i felt like the room was barely cleaned only had the bed setup. even the toilet was not cleaned and sanitized throughly when i saw bloodstains on the toilet seat.

Stayed in mid-winter and the room was freezing, the in room heating unit didn’t work and it didn’t seem like central building heat was on. I had to bundle up in multiple layers of clothes including sleeping with hand warmers. I felt like I was sleeping outside. Beyond this the room was dirty. There were new towels and bed sheets, but the rest of the room was grimly and dusty. Needed a deep clean! Hopefully my stay was an anomaly…
