United StatesNo free bicycle parking. I got a desired high floor but not to the west as requested. Staffing a bit short and speaks little English.
The location is OK. Quiet and not as convenient as Hashimoto station. Closeness to the station. Water cooker, small fridge and a microwave in the room.

JapanIt's a very minor point, but I wish they allowed me to use the water dispenser installed in the lobby to refill my water bottle.
Good location, very close to a station (though not a major station). Not many eating places around in walking distance but there is a convenience store nearby. The room I stayed was not so spacious but, considering the price, it was more than satisfactory.

United StatesThe smoking rooms were dark with no view and had more wear and tear. I staid here several times and once only a smoking room was left. Front desk is only occupied from 3pm to midnight?
The non-smoking rooms are excellent with microwave, convenient for longer stays. Ask for a room with mountain view.

I staid in 2 rooms. #701 non-smoking was excellent with great views, clean, well maintained, a water cooker and a microwave. Great value. #211 smoking, no views, milky window, scuff and burn marks on the furniture, defective clock but same amenities. Not so good value. I booked for 7 days and the room is being made up once during this time. You can get new towels and pyjamas every day at the reception. Staff doesn't speak English but is very good with translation apps and very helpful The train station is right across the street.
