We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I really liked it here. Minato is the area of Tokyo where I feel most comfortable. The hotel is very well located. I loved the big 7/11 across the street where you can serve yourself. There's also a FamilyMart behind the hotel. A short walk to Mita entrances but often it was more efficient to go a bit further to Tamachi Sta, and then it didn't take long to go to places like Shibuya. The price was very reasonable, the staff were polite and I enjoyed the layout of the room which was more spacious than the other hotels I stayed at. I was able to walk to a chemist and to a Bible study meeting without trouble. Being new, the hotel's in very good condition and it was so handy having a microwave in the room! I think I'll stay here next time 😉

AustraliaI stayed at LiVEMAX Mita Ekimae for 9 days with my partner and two children (13 and 10). We had two connected single rooms which let the young ones have their own space but not be entirely unsupervised. We were initially concerned at the size of the beds before our arrival, as the listing stated a double bed per room, however the images on the website made the beds look smaller than they actually are; the double beds comfortably allowed space for two adults. The hotel is a few minutes walk from two different train lines (Yamanote and Teoi Mita) so travel is easy and it is surrounded by convenience stores and local restaurants if you're needing a meal at the end of your day.

RussiaThe hotel left a pleasant impression due to its good location and cozy atmosphere. The staff is attentive and helpful, the rooms are clean, neat and comfortable, with good soundproofing. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing - the choice of dishes is limited and the quality does not justify the cost. Next time I would prefer to stay here but without the included breakfast.
