We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bathroom design was poor - toilet up against wall meant you had to sit diagonally on it, there was a metal spike on wall for no reason that lined up exactly with your knee giving you even less room.

Nothing at all i totally loved ot
I loved this hotel in all aspects Room size was very good for japan , all all amenities are available in the room , beds are comfy , pillows are super , cleaning is spotless and everyday and refilling was amazing , location is great 2 minute from metro and bus station and direct line from narita airport staff are super nice and polite

The noisy neighbours basically ruined all my nights, and nobody did nothing about it.

They don't have room AC. You just get full building AC. This was kinda tough in July because other places we blasted the AC. YMMV

The location is so perfect. One you get on the train near the hotel, you can access everything in Tokyo.
The hotel is so close to the station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The size of room is reasonable. I recommend this hotel for people who want to do sightseeing in Tokyo.

3 double beds for our family of 5 was tight, but we knew that would probably be the case when booking this option.
Hotel is perfectly located 1min walk to Nippori station (on the Yamanote line), convenient for trips to many popular sites in Tokyo. There is a 7/11 across the road, which is great for drinks and snacks. Room was comfortable and suitable for our family of 5. Laundry facilities for 500 Yen were good. Many restaurants nearby, although we only tried one as we wanted to explore other areas. Would recommend this hotel as a great option for Tokyo.

- Price wise it was definitely on the expensive side. But since we were looking for a room with 4 beds, our choice in Tokyo was limited.
- Very good location: 5 minutes from Nippori Station, which has the Keisei Liner directly to/from Narita Airport. - Many restaurants around the hotel. 7Eleven right across the street. Coin laundry shop 3 minutes walk away. - Large room for Tokyo standard. Our room had 4 beds, which were among the most comfortable we've had. Bathroom of decent size, but you have to stand in the bathtub to take shower. - Breakfast was good. Not many choices but decent.

We've been there twice; it is a comfy, good accommodation to stay in Tokyo. Close to the Nippori Station, in a nice district, with Yanaka just in a walking distance if you've had enough of the hustle and bustle of the big city centre. Breakfasts vary and are tasty. Beds comfy, rooms quiet and clean. Gym. We liked it all :)

Although very clean, toilet bowl looked rusty and old. I would suggest the management to replace it with new one.
So near to metro station. Can go and come anytime. Fresh breakfast, tasty albeit repetitive.

Breakfast was quite average however everything else was great.
So close to the station which was perfect after a long day of walking! Also very close to 711 and family mart for snacks and convenience. We were able to get cash out at the 711 which was awesome. Reception staff were lovely and accomodating. Breakfast was basic however satisfying. I also had a massage which was lovely. Highly highly recommend.

The sole aspect I found lacking was the absence of a water dispenser for hydration.
I appreciate the convenience of having your luggage stored before check- in and also at check-out. Additionally, they provide a scale for you to verify the weight of your luggage.
