AustraliaA slight problem occurred shortly before our stay, when the owner requested photographs of our passports (as we were international guests), sent via mobile phone. Due to security concerns, we refused, but were fortunately able to ask our Japanese friend to phone the owner and arrange to collect the house keys. The host was very accommodating, but we felt that the original request had been unreasonable due to current cybersafety issues.
The villa was located near the water in this beautiful coastal town. Parking was convenient, near the front entrance. The interior of the house was very tasteful and clean. Everything one could need was provided, and all rooms were beautifully appointed. HIghly recommended.

SingaporeProperty was double-booked and the agent took quite a while to show up after the indicated time of arrival. And when he did show up, he told us that it had already been occupied by another guest. Only giving this a '2' rating (instead of a '0') because he managed to put us up at a decent hotel room in the same town.
Nothing to like - didn't get to stay.

United StatesOnly complaint is the beds were really hard. In the property description/pictures it mentions the mattresses are Simmons which is a top brand but they definitely were not very comfortable. This is absolutely the only thing we did not like.
Beautiful location, beautiful property and very nice interior with great amenities. spacious and kept in great condition. Had everything we needed and more.
