United StatesThe elevator is slow. The front attendants not too friendly. This is unusual with Japanese. The previous hotels I stayed in Japan, the attendants are accommodating and friendly but not this one. There is no English to watch on the television.

The hotel is located within walkong distance of Nagoya Station. It is also located in close proximity to the ESCA underground shopping area, giving you a wide variety of food and shopping choices. There is also a Lawson located on the 1st(Ground) floor of the hotel itself. The room was quite decent, especially for solo traveller although there might be not enough space for those bringing along large luggages. Regardless, the view of western Nagoya from the room window was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful, going through the check-in process and answer some queries.
