HungaryThe internet was very slow. The environmental rules are interesting. If I want to comply with them, I have to put dirty towels and trash cans in the hallway, because otherwise the cleaning staff won't come in. However, if you hang everything on the door handle, you will get all your belongings back. On the sixth day, I had six pairs of slippers, six pajamas, six razors, etc., which were completely unnecessary. I don't understand how much they save by doing this. An interesting philosophy. Another thing that I think is not appropriate for such a high-quality hotel is that all the male waiters at breakfast had tattered aprons. This is sloppy and not worthy of this place.
It's in a good location, perfect for day trips. The receptionists are friendly, polite, and helpful. The room is pleasant, quite spacious, and well furnished. The bed is comfortable, but the pillow was very hard.

United StatesMy favorite hotel in Sendai! The location is unbeatable with super quick access to all the shops and food located in the Sendai Station area. It also is one of the newer hotels with spacious rooms, and modern finishes. They also offer triple rooms which simply aren't even an option at some of the other comparable hotels (proximity-wise to the station).

United StatesThe room itself has limited storage, just a small closet. It did have adequate room for suitcase storage, with a shelf in the closet and a suitcase rack in the room.
Great location at the train station. Our hotel room was good size and had an expanded bathroom with a large, jacuzzi tub. The hotel has a nicely appointed lounge for guests and the breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Staff were very helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and I will happily stay there again if I have the pleasure to return to Sendai.

Great hotel, we have stayed here before and will definitely stay again! The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and many have excellent English. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and always clean. We had a great view across Sendai to the ocean. Location is so convenient next to the station and the range of restaurants in the walk between the station and the hotel is terrific.

United KingdomOpted for the eco-option of not having the room cleaned, towels replace etc, to come back to the biggest bag of new amenities I've ever seen one evening, not too eco-friendly in that regard.
Room was excellent, bigger than expected. Great views of the surrounding train station, loved watching the trains come in and out. Shower was amazing, wet room was really big. Location can be tricky to find initially as it's in Sendai train station, but once you know where it is, you're in a great location to go anywhere in the city, and out of the city on the trains.

The location was excellent as the hotel was part of Sendai Train Station as well as a large shopping centre. The hotel was clean & tidy, the room was spacious with all the necessities. Despite being part of the train station, there was no loud noise.
