We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaThe smell in the room was really unpleasant, we tried to air it out but over the course of 3 nights it didn’t go anywhere. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Also the furniture and amenities were outdated.
It was essentially attached to the train station which was a great location and the room had most of what you would need but what really bothered us was that it smelled like an ashtray. Shower had great pressure, staff was friendly.

Fast wifi as I am working whilst travelling, telly has Netflix and other streaming services, loved that I can sit by the window, comfy pillows though the bathroom lighting could’ve been better but all good!
