Not much not to like. The accessibility to the roof terrace could be better but I understand that might not be possible to fix, structurally.

Hotel was really new, modern, and clean. Location was superb (if you are looking for an hotel close to the airport). Staff was really friendly and helpful and did their best to accommodate our special needs. The roof terrace was great although unfortunately we could not enjoy it because it was not accessible by wheelchair.

Very comfortable for our short stay. 12 min walk to convenience store as we arrived very late and the one on site was closed. Breakfast was good and very close to Haneda airport.

Everything you find in a much more expensive hotel. Perfect for a night before a flight. Easy check in/out. Easy to find and right next to the station for airport/monorail access.

I left a week ahead of some of my family members however I accidentally left some items in the room and I requested that my family stop pass the front desk to inquire about it however I was told that it was nothing left behind in the room.

I loved the location of the property it’s right at the metro as well as not to far from the airport we booked a Taxi that ran about $7. The laundry facility was nice and I loved how you can check to see if they were in use via the television.

Brand new, conveniently located 5 minutes to Haneda by metro, perfect for an early flight. Tastefully decorated, kind staff, panoramic rooftop. Will definitely come back

It was very clean . Room was very small but it had everything. Problem is the hotel doesn’t really have a lobby or a place where you can arrive with suitcase . You have to drag it to the elevator from the street . No trolley outside to facilitate that . When leaving the staff helped me to get to the parking . The taxis from the airport just drop you on the other side . I suppose you have to know to have them drop you where the garage is . Still you have to drag suitcase take the elevator to the lobby level . It was fine for overnight .

The Experience of staying here was perfect.

This Hotel was spotless with a very relaxing aesthetic. It had a rooftop terrace with an incredible view, huge beds, a full size bath and a lot of space in the room. Most of all this was the quietest Hotel I have ever stayed in. The AC was whisper quiet and there was zero noise from outside. Had the best night's sleep here in 3 weeks. For that I couldn't reccomend ot enough. Oh and it's literally minutes from the Airport so you arrive to your flight fully refreshed.
