Close to airport, easy enough to find.

Small room, but that’s Japan, breakfast was ok.

Staff shows great respect coincides with Japanese culture and hospitality. Spacious and good room, good toilet, great staff!

Our room was too hot, air con was not working or was very poor so it was too hot and we have been there in August

It was exactly like the pictures. Also, the staff did an amazing job at making sure our rooms stayed cleaned the entire time!

The rooms were a little small, but that’s expected for Japan.

It was right next to the Airport. I got the train to terminal 3 Haneda airport on the Henkubushi line. It took 5 minutes, it was 1 stop away.

We did not have a view of the air track which was unfortunate.

nice modern hotel, close to airport

staff don’t speak english, was absolutely disloyal either to early check-in, or to late check-out, every minute costed money. location is good for airport, however shutlle bus was provided only at night and early morning, so you should use taxi or train, with luggage it is not very much convenient. Breakfast was poor and ended 9:30, so you can not sleep as you want.

We stayed here a week before for 2 nights so we knew what the hotel was like. That's why l will choose it again next year.

Hotel was really new, modern, and clean. Location was superb (if you are looking for an hotel close to the airport). Staff was really friendly and helpful and did their best to accommodate our special needs. The roof terrace was great although unfortunately we could not enjoy it because it was not accessible by wheelchair.

Not much not to like. The accessibility to the roof terrace could be better but I understand that might not be possible to fix, structurally.

Very comfortable for our short stay. 12 min walk to convenience store as we arrived very late and the one on site was closed. Breakfast was good and very close to Haneda airport.

Everything you find in a much more expensive hotel. Perfect for a night before a flight. Easy check in/out. Easy to find and right next to the station for airport/monorail access.

Small bathroom but am being picky- more than enough for one night!

Spacious room and organic amenities. The view from the rooftop was great!

It was difficult to find the way to the hotel from Tenkubashi station North gate

Very comfortable, new room. Clever arrangement of all important essentials. Ample working space. Easy access from Haneda airport. Very nice, accommodating staff. And the breakfast was exceptional
