Pillows were extremely soft. Even with 2 pillows, it felt like having none.

Practically part of the train station, super convenient if you travel by train or bus. Super quiet and comfortable (good mattresses and pillows). Good room size (able to open two medium sized suitcases and still move around). Very close to eateries and restaurants.

Nothing at all. I was concerned it might be noisy being on top of the station but I hardly heard any train noise.

As with most Japanese hotels, the rooms aren’t big, but they are clean & comfortable.

Location was outstanding . Place was very clean ,but perhaps best of all was the care and attention shown to one of our group who fell ill. The young trainee rang around to get a clinic, organised the taxi, sent through the relevant documentation & then rang the clinic while we there to see our friend was ok. Outstanding Japanese hospitality .

There is no parking in the property have to use parking outside. And in my level, the windows were facing AC units outside, and all the roof where those AC units were located blocked any view. I stayed only one night, I was lucky not to be there during the day with all the noise from AC.

The corner room is awesome. Specious and quiet. I visited in winter, this hotel actualy connected to the station and mall. So no need to go out side at all.

The hotel is linked to Yamagata station, which makes it a good location for making day trips to nearby attractions. There were several eateries nearby as dinner options. There are also 2 convenience stores near the hotel. The room was modern with a comfortable bed and clean toilet. It was nice that the room came with a humidifier, to increase the humidity of the room during winter.

The the internet could have been better. I wish there were more washing machines because there were many guests.

The room came with a big bed, big bathroom and nice television and desk with a big window. The location is amazing with a direct entrance to the main station.

Clean and very well presented hotel with excellent staff. Very good value for money. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Complimentary toiletries were an added bonus. Location next to the train station was perfect.

The location is the best, right beside the train station without having to step outside. The room & lift entrance's decor & style is also really pretty. Room and bathroom are also modern and spacious! Most value for money hotel in my whole trip! Highly recommend! Also convenient to visit Ginzan onsen & Risshaku-ji temple by train.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We used the hotel as a base of operations and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel in-between one-night trips. I would love to stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast. We’re not that much into Japanese breakfast (though otherwise love Japanese food), so a bit more options for European breakfast would be nice.

The head spa from Spa Salon in 5th floor. It did over-charge me which the head spa marked $7900~ but the staff charged me $9900. I tried to ask in English but the staff could not satisfy me with a reasonable answer. It make me feel bad for the trip.

Location is great. It is in the same building of yamagata station, turn right from the exit and the hotel is on the right which is opposite with mall. Everyting is good but one thing is I haven't seen lobby to relax.

For our itinerary, this place was perfect. We planned to use Yamagata as a base to see Zao, Ginzan, and Yamadera. This hotel is attached to the Yamagata station, which is the central place to start the journey to any of these places. Other than that, the hotel is pretty standard for Japan. It's clean, lots of toiletries offered, and friendly staff.
