The restaurants in the area outside the property were of variable quality. We ended up eating at the restaurants at the Tobu department store.

Quiet and comfortable. Two supermarkets a few minutes away and a short walk to Ikebukuro station/the Tobu department store and Sunshine city.

Minor complaint: Keyboards could've used a clean as they were quite dusty. Other than that, our stay was excellent!

Good facilities provided (booked gaming room). Plenty of space to sort our luggage after every shopping trip (we opened 3 big luggage simultaneously). AC, microwave, kitchen stove, fridge were sufficient for our needs as we wanted to cook. Kitchen utensils also provided in the room. Pajamas, toothbrush and other goods can be requested at the main desk. Nearest station is about an 8 minute walk with multiple stores to along the way. Plenty of restaurants nearby and convenience stores to stock up on snacks. There is a supermarket nearby (3 minute walk) for discounted food. Clear and exceptional communication from the staff; they provided us taxi options as we had 10+ luggage to haul back to the airport. Definitely will book again with a group when we return to Tokyo!

The apartment style accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. The registration staff was wonderful! After an early arrival, it was ideal to check in early for a nominal fee. The location was excellent, close to transportation and dining options. Having 2 complete bathrooms was a bonus!

Can arrange refund faster due to Typhnoon in HK and we delay our check in for one day.

Not the best locations in tokyo. But you could go anywhere from Ikebukuro station

Not much draw back. There is no restaurant which is not that big of a deal since there is a kitchen. It does get busy during checkout. The location is about 10 minute walk from JR which isn't that bad. Neighborhood is a normal Tokyo area. Seems sketch at first but felt very safe as you got the lay of the land.

So much space! We were so surprised with the amount of space. We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys. We had a top floor 2 bedroom 2 bath, with Kitchen and living room. For Tokyo the amount of living space was amazing! Even Don Quixote is 3 blocks away! Staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me book my taxi/van to Narita. Also, we travelled from Kyoto so they received my shipped luggage a day early and delivered it to my room before we checked in.

The a/c could have been cooler for Japan's summer heat.

The location is great. Many convenient stores and supermarkets nearby. JR, shops and restaurants are within 5-10 min walk. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are great for my family. Washing/Dryer machines are great.

We had a mix up on the second day and my child put out the do not disturb sign. As a result we didn’t get the sheets changed for 5 nights.

We found some parts of the room a little dusty and the kids found some rice under one of the mattresses on the top bunk. This wouldn't put me off staying again though. The sheets were very clean.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Bunk bed arrangement was very spacious and much more sturdy than expected so worked well for our family of 4. Loved the futon style mattresses. The room was compact but very well designed.

The staff at this hotel is wonderful. We accidentally left something not significant and they contacted us to return the item. Their customer service is unparalleled. The rooms are so comfortable and super clean. The cleaning crew did an excellent job! The beds are super comfortable and the showers have the best water pressure which is priority for our family!!! This hotel chain will be our choice for all of our Japan trips from now on.

There are no drinking water, you will have to buy from the family mart.

Great to have the family apartment as it has all the facilities eg. washing machine with dryer is a plus point for me.

Noticed that the tables, carpet and some stuff are a dusty. A bit pricey also.

The staff are very helpful and pleasant, room has an open layout plan that is spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teenaged daughters, towels are replaced daily, tissue rolls for toilet and for kitchen are aplenty, lots of restaurants and convenience stores (Family Mart and 7-11) nearby and around 5-7 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station (exit C6).

Only one thing is the fact that the rooms had Netflix, prime and now they don't.
