I would pay more attention a little bit to the cleaning, specially of the common spaces.

The small house has a very good kitchen with plenty of space to hang around it. The check in process is very smooth. You can use the washing machine if you need it, it is free. The rooms were small but for USD 50 a night for a triple room, it was and excellent quality/price ratio.

Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, but you really just go there for sleeping anyway while you are out during the day in Nara!

This small guesthouse has a superb location in Nara, right in the heart of the charming Naramachi neighborhood. It’s literally a one-minute walk from the main commercial street and about 15 minutes from Nara Park. It’s so nice to be able to easily explore the traditional streets filled with restaurants, izakayas, museums, and shops. The area is very peaceful, with little to no car traffic, making for a truly relaxing stay. The kitchen is great, and it’s very convenient to leave bags under the stairs if needed. The main door is always open, so there's no hassle coming and going. Check-in was super easy: just grab your key from the counter, and leave it there again when checking out. The beds are comfy too, adding to the overall comfort of this lovely spot.

The location of the accommodation was about 15 minutes from the train. Historical monuments in walking distance, room smaller but sufficient.

The downside to this property was that there is no sound insulation between the rooms. I was in the room, closest to the front door, and heard people coming in and out at all hours of the day and night. The insulation between my room and the room behind mine was minimal, and I could hear Entire conversations through the walls.

You cannot beat the location of this property. It was easy to walk anywhere that you needed quickly and easily.

The key to the room was very finicky. Took a while to get it working correctly. On top of that I think you should be able to eat in the room as the kitchen area was somewhat crowded most of the time by other guests.

Most things i took a liking to but the price and the location was the best.

Location is a must! Nice comfy space. Small room but that's enough! Comfy bed. 1km from train station and super closed to Nara Park! Nice shared kitchen/living room space. You can leave your luggage in a open compartment under the staircase if you arrive early or leave later.

I admire 3 things about this inn: 1- the staff are remarkable and very very fast in responding in communication they even supported me after I checked out. 2- the location is very near to the park about 7 minutes and the same to the train station. 3- the price that you will not find it in Japan

Not aware cash was required to pay, credit card not accepted. Contactless access, no notice of how / when payment would be collected. Loud banging on my door at 10pm -- payment required. Could only pay half amount; plans for next day disrupted waiting to pay remaining Yen

My room was on the ground floor and it's noisy when someone come in the hotel

The hotel is close to all the tourist places. No need to rent a bike or take the bus to visit Nara. There is a kitchen for everyone in the hotel that's a very good point and the Wifi was great

The location is great as it is close to the temples and deer park. There are many places to eat and to buy supplies if u want to cook as there are kitchen facilities available. The place is compact but clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone.
