The floors never dried, it was very strange. Upon arrival it just seemed like they were just cleaned but in the morning they were still wet.

My second time at Minn Chitose. The location is very convenient if you need to be close to the airport. The room is fully equipped like an apartment, e.g. proper dining and living space. Although for for light sleepers, you can hear the planes from the airport.

One of the bedrooms had no air-con and needed the doors open to living room to maintain coolness.

The guesthouse is knite and clean but a bit small for 2 families. But overall still a great place to stay at.

Pretty convenient just a few stops via JR from the New Chitose airport and a short stroll - great for a transition first night after arrival on the plane. Place was clean and tidy and sufficient. Kitchen well-equipped for simple cooking. Check-in process was efficient! Short drive away from SuperARCS - we were able to get groceries for the night. So excited at arriving in Hokkaido, we didn’t take proper pictures for the place.

There is a motion sensor light in the hallway that takes a while to go out. In the middle of the night it's a bit annoying. Also the beds and pillows were on the firm side. We slept well but a softer pillow would have been nice.

It was very spacious and had excellent facilities for cooking and dining. The location was great for us as it's just one stop from the airport and check-in and out was really easy!

The check in lobby should be in building B which is in the middle of all building will be more convenient because to need to handle all luggages from car to C building and from C building to A building is a bit working twice feeling.

The bed and pillows were quite hard. Some of the lights were motion sensitive, so came on in the night when you didn't want them too.

It was in a great place for us, nice and spacious. Easy to check in.

There is no receptionist but check in (done on a tablet) was quick and easy as we had completed the pre-check-in process prior arrival. Room was clean and spacious. Super comfortable for a family of 4.

There were some problems with checking in as there were no staff on site but after calling the emergency number, the lady helped resolve the problem and was nice :) The kitchen counter was a little dusty though, perhaps no one touched that particular area in awhile

I like the place, i would stay for longer if i could it is a very comfortable living space. I especially like the toiletries, all the soaps smelled great. I like that the toilet and bath area was separate as it was easier to share with my family.

It was quite noisy from other people coming and going and the lady who answered our call for check in was very nice and helpful, but it feels very impersonal to me to not have a staff member on site - just my personal preference.

Motion sensor light in toilet was annoying. You had to keep waving your hand to turn it back on every 10 seconds. This place is near the car rental but need a taxi to get from airport. Not recommended to take train esp if you have to drag your luggage along. Taxi fare from airport is JPY 1900

There was a censor light in the hallway to use the toilet, which I understand is very convenient, but it would wake my baby every time I went out there. I’m sure there was an off switch but I couldn’t find it. No vending machines or convenience stores nearby but if you do your research you’ll know what to prepare beforehand.

My partner and 1 year old daughter stayed here for 1 night before flying out of chitose airport. Check in was super easy, the room was big with full kitchen facilities. We just grabbed some konbini food to heat up for dinner and made our own breakfast before a short walk to the train station to take our flight.

Check in is fully automated, and somewhat complicated. There is someone on call to help, however. The hotel is in an industrial area, with no restaurants or convenience stores in the area so plan accordingly.

The room was very clean, big, and had a kitchen. There was ample free parking. It was quiet and close to the airport. Overall, a good value for the money. If you have a car it’s fine.

Mihn Chitose was a comfortable serviced apartment to rest while waiting for a flight to another city from New Chitose Airport. Mihn Chitose was located next to Rera Mall Premium Outlet, which unfortunately has been closed during the covid pandemic. The place was quiet and there were no restaurants nearby. The only way we know to get to a restaurant was going to New Chitose Airport, one station from Minami Chitose. You have to carry your luggage 650 meters or about 15 minutes on foot. Of course, it was very tiring. There are no adequate amenities other than towels, shampoo, and soap. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and even coffee were not available

There is no supermarket within walking distance.

We were really happy to find this place because it is a true apartment with all amenities you need to cook yourself a meal, sofa, comfortable bed, large shower, wahsing mashine etc. It is about ten minutes walk from the station and one stop from the airport. Thus, it is perfect if you want to catch an early flight or arrive late at Chitose Airport.
