The AC switching on at night woke me up occasionally (but maybe it's just my light sleep and I'm being picky).

Nice clean comfortable central hotel. Rooms are large enough. One of the best breakfasts I've had both the food and the view.

All Mitsui hotel are not equal and this one in Hiroshima is not my favorite especially room doesn’t look very nice even tough it’s clean and with great view the room itself is not as beautiful as other place.

Location close to subway by foot you not far from okonomiyaki mura and the heart of city. I also appreciate staff help and recommendations.

We read great things about breakfast but maybe due to high expectations it was disappointing to us. Slow table placement. Weird routing of buffet, no good coffee. View is nice though…

Conditioner provided is not very good. My hair wasn't very smooth after using that. Room is small, but I am ok with that because I don't have many luggages.

I used self check-in machine but the staff still came to help. Love the guest lounge on the 25/F, they provide free tea, alcoholic drinks & snacks and you can enjoy the pretty city view there. I have a nice view in my room as well. Location is perfect! Walkable distance to the attractions. Bus stops and tram stops are close to the hotel. Also close to department store, Donki, and 7-11 is right opposite to the hotel.

The room was a little functional. It was typical Japanese size (small for westerners) but the decor was plain and could with an upgrade. But everything worked and was clean. OK for a couple of nights but wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer.

Location between the station and The Peace museum and park was excellent. Also near to the local shopping facilities and places to eat, The top floor communal lounge (where breakfaast is served) gives fantastic views.

The building is showing its age in some aspects: single glazing, dated bathroom. The room was small and was difficult to organise out luggage and avoid tripping over it, for the price we paid it's not entirely a bad thing, just something to consider if you are staying over for longer than a couple of nights and in a bigger group. A/c is very strong, I believe the temperature was not showing correctly as it was very very cold during the night.

The location was excellent and easy to get to from the shinkansen. Room was as booked, 3 separate beds for my group. It was very clean and cleaning is everyday. Check in machine struggled to scan my passport but the staff were very patient and helped me work out the issues.

Even though the room was non-smoking, there was a faint smell of smoke—possibly because it had been a smoking room in the past. The bathroom felt quite dated and could benefit from renovations. While the hotel offered to hold our luggage, they didn’t bring it up to our room—we had to collect it ourselves from reception. Overall, I would rate this hotel as a three-star rather than a four-star experience.

Great staff—attentive and professional. The bed was comfortable, and the location is excellent, with easy access to the Peace Memorial Park, Hiroshima Castle, and other main attractions.
