The lid to the hot water heater, once off, never went back on again. This is so minor that I only bring it up to fill this comment box.

The entire voyage to, and of course including, Reception was a story. Yes, the view was astonishing, but all the small details were also noteworthy: spare toiletries in a cart at the elevators; washing machines that added their own soap and also dried the clothes all in a single action; the pool; and simply having two floors of restaurants in the same building. Additionally, we loved that the Metro connected to the B1 floor of the hotel. A note about the staff: always friendly, always helpful when I called upon them several times during my stay.

Rooms are not sound proof. Cleanliness is no 100%. Toilet bowl could be cleaner.

The view was great, and the reception was on the 36th floor. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was great. You can get a massage in your room, and the public hot tub was spacious and great. The hotel staff was super helpful.

The location is both a pro and a con. It wasn't the most convenient, but I personally liked coming back to a quiet area after a long day of exploring the busy city.

Clean room, friendly staff, city views, multiple convenience stores and even a McDonald's right around. Didn't get to try the public bath and the restaurant, but knowing they were there was nice.

There is not enough closet space but we managed as we were only staying for two nights.

Loved the modern minimalistic design of the hotel. Loved the views and location was great. It is just a few minute walk from Team Lab Planet and just 25 minutes from Haneda Airport. Metro station is just below the building and there is a great mall right next to the hotel. I upgraded to a king Size bed room. Didn't get to see the smaller rooms.

4 times I stay here in Tokyo! Absolutely perfect! The courtesy of the staff, the perfect cocktails of the bar, the spacious room and an unbeatable view of the city! I feel at home here!

Water pressure in bathroom was okay however your on the 33-36th floor what do you expect

Out of the extreme tourist area but is right next to Toyosu station which you can transfer anywhere. And you are right next to Lalaport mall! Fantastic area! The view is gorgeous as well! It was me and my husbands first time in Japan and loved how easy this place made it to get everywhere. You are also right next to team labs so you can plan a trip there too!

Can’t really fault it! It’s a bit awkward going up an elevator to reception and then walking to another elevator to go down to your room but it’s really no big deal

Hotel was great! Clean, great breakfast, beautiful views, and helpful staff. It is about a 20 min uber to shibuya, and easily accessible by different means of transportation. Team Labs is across the street which we highly recommend booking in advance to go see.

Inflexible front desk…. No attempt to help us check in early until we agreed to pay extra fee to enter room at 1 pm vs 3 pm checkin. Japanese culture doesn’t put customer service first over regulations. Very different than most other countries. Location was not in walking area with things to do . Hotel location was on high floors in an office complex tower . Make sense for business travelers not tourists.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the city. Staff are very helpful and kind. The location is excellent! From the basement level of the lift you can access the shopping mall that has a lot of eateries & shops. From the ground floor you come out directly near the bus terminal. Easy to get a shuttle bus to the airport.! Train station is just a 2 minute walk.

Great hotel, great rooms, staff were great, location is great, no complaints. We changed our hotel for our final night in Tokyo back to this hotel as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
