Everything. Location- near train station, but on the quiet side of the main attractions. Tourist attractions, supermarket, restaurants, Daiso & malls a few minutes walk away. Lots of indoor places to escape from summer heat and winter cold. Hotel new, clean, very well designed rooms and common areas. Fourth time I've stayed. Bonus- not a single time, had there not been very pretty ladies in pool area dressed in fashionably appealing swimsuits- as if word got around this was the place to flash their assets. Unfortunately, most were accompanied by their guys.

The first night our bed smelled like if the sheets have not been changed. The other 2 nights they were fine. The humidifier was leaking.

The staff seemed quite busy - maybe could use a few more people. Every time I went by the reception, there were long lines to check in and I had to wait a bit to pick up the bags I’d stored there.

I stayed here on the last night of a three-week trip and it was a great ending. It’s super modern and clean. Breathtaking views of Yokohama from the reception and room. The bed was quite comfortable and room was decently sized for Japan. There’s a projector if you want to watch TV or mirror your device! There’s also a pool by the reception with city views. Definitely recommend.

Small, niggly things....One of our group checked in 45 minutes early as they wanted a shower, charge was 3000 yen, (€20approx) minimal yes, but there were shower and changing facilities available adjacent to reception but were not offered. 750 yen - pick up charge to book a taxi? Again very minimal but totally unnecessary.. there was a bad musty, mouldy smell in the bathroom, we were only staying the 1 night so did not highlight this. No robes in rooms, very small hanging rail and no wardrobe.

The hotel oozes luxury with reception, bar, pool, fitness area and restaurant on 20th floor. Toiletries available at area in reception, very sustainable and looked good. Breakfast was very good and also good value.

The hotel is amazing, on entry the hotel was clean and the staff polite and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, the heated toilet seat took me by surprise. The view was great from the window, the bed, well it has to be the best night sleep I’ve had in a long time, I was so glad checkout wasn’t until 1100, after getting up early for breakfast, I went back to bed for a couple more hours. Breakfast was of a high standard, buffet style with plenty to choose from. Oh I almost forgot the pools are nice but can get a little crowded. The evening menu has plenty to choose from, be aware though, it is designed for a taster menu, so if your going a la carte you will still get a small portion.

Kids have to be over a certain height to swim, no family room so our family of 4 stayed in two separate rooms.

Modern Japanese-Scandinavian design in a high-rise setting with stunning views of Yokohama Bay, the Tokyo skyline, and—if you’re lucky—Mount Fuji. Excellent location with shopping malls and metro stations just steps away. Will definitely return

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. The service is impeccable, the place is beautifully minimalistic (very Scandinavian chic), the bar serves delicious drinks, the breakfast is varied and abundant, the swimming pool has a great view, there is a huge public terrace and a lot of space in common areas. My room was big and very well designed, with plenty of space to move around/place things. It featured complimentary water, an electric kettle, a tv set (I wish there were more international channels than just BBC). The location is excellent, too, right in the heart of Minatomirai, close to Yokohama’s main attractions.

Pillows were too soft. Separate toilet and bath was cumbersome at times. There were no shelves or hooks to hold the towel and clothes in the bath.

The pool was smaller than the picture. And the fact that even if you do not swim you must be in bathers to be in that section. For example, my husband wanted to use the pool I didn’t just wanted to soak my feet I got told to change into my bathers. I was on my monthly I explained to her she still said no. I also felt uncomfortable in bathers because of my body. So would appreciate some thoughts on that please. Thank you.

Nothing at all

Everything was great! We stayed in 3 different places in Japan and this hotel was the highlights of our trip! You don't have to do anything. Staying at the hotel itself feels you home. Highly recommend! Staff are all nice. Cleaners have done very well when they tidy up our room. So happy with this hotel. And the view from our room! Its amazing! Plus the pool. And the location it self are so nice and quiet.
