    Our 3rd stay in this Hotel. Outstanding is the Spa on 17th floor, the Onsen and the "Relaxation Lounge" with a free beer and free softdrinks/ice cream. We came by car this time, used the Hotel's integrated car park. It was possible to get the car in and out at any time during the day, multiple times, at no additional costs (daily rate 1,500.-)

    There is no proper "Lobby" were you can sit down and wait or spend some time. Only reception area and the space in from of the elevator. Even after displaying the sign "please change bedding and amenities", our pillow covers were the same as the day before. (there was a blood mark on one and was the same after "House Keeping". The floor was not vacuumed, same hair and dirt on the floor after "House Keeping".

    The location of the hotel is truly ideal and very convenient. I liked the bright lighting in the room, and the bed was relatively comfortable. Considering it's in the city center, the size of the bathroom was also satisfactory.

    However, one area for improvement is the access hours for the large public bath; it closes at 11:00PM, which is quite early. This is not ideal, especially since guests often hope to dine and shop nearby later in the evening. The staff did not communicate this clearly at check-in. We arrived at the bath at 10:15 PM, and there were still many others there, but we were disappointed to find it closed. I believe better communication regarding this matter is necessary.

    I really liked the ambiance of the hotel. The lobby was quaint, warm, and inviting. The hotel staff were really kind and spoke English very well. The hallways on the floor I was staying on had background music that added to the overall European vibes. Each floor felt really secure and safe since it required a hotel room card for that floor to enter. The room was the perfect size. I really like the vanity that was placed right at the entrance. I could keep my items organized and my room clean. The room was also large enough, I could have my suitcase open without feeling cramped. The bathroom was super cute and considerably larger than a normal Japanese hotel. The location was a short walk from Sendai Station, making it an ideal location. There was also a 711 right next door if you needed any snacks or late night food.

    I think the only thing is the room was a little dark, but I think it also added to the ambiance.

    Wooden floor and the wooden accents everywhere. Liked the free drinks and the lounge on the higher floor to relax.

    Only single big towel in the single person bedroom. Fair, but I've usely had 2 in most previous rooms.
