Dinner time is too early. You have to come back to the room super early to get your food otherwise you’ll not be able to eat, which is kind of unacceptable.

We arrived at 2pm in the afternoon after getting a bus from Tokyo and than a taxi from the train station. On arrival we were informed that we couldn't stay on the property until 3pm. Just something that would have been great to know as there is no reception, sitting area for guests to even wait. Normally check in is at 3pm but to not be able to wait at the property until that time would have been vital to know and we would have stayed in town for longer Not a deal breaker and we had a wonderful experience once we could check in but its just something nice to know for your organisation

We really loved our stay. It was a beautiful location looking right at Mount Fuji. It was extra special as we were really lucky with a beautiful day and night so the visibility of Mount Fuji was excellent! We wished we could have stayed an extra night. This place is really relaxing

The tent gets stuffy a little in the morning and it's pricey for two people.

Suzuki san was very kind and came to pick us up earlier than we booked the shuttle. The view of mount Fuji is amazing from our room. We got a lot of food and it was really good. Staff was always ready to help us. The heated beds were really nice!!

It rained during our stay, and the tent leaked in a few spots; it seemed to be addressed by the second night. More disappointing was that Mt. Fuji was not visible at all due to the weather.

Staff were very accommodating. Appreciated the meal delivery to the tent site (breakfast, BBQ dinner), and collection of used dishes, etc. Room and beds are especially comfortable. Bathroom was modern, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is not adapted to strong weather conditions: the setting of the heating was not working all times which obliges is to wake up during the night to switch it on again as temperatures were falling down under 0 Celsius. Breakfast could be revisited, it is not as per expectations for the price of the night. Finally, it is really challenging to be understood in English.

Really amazing experience and original room. The environnement is impressive. BBQ on the terrasse and fire place to enjoy a drink was really great experience even under the snow.

Didnt realise my tent is not the dome shaped one. Has a sliding door in front which impeded the view from inside. Would have appreciated been told there are different types of domes

A great and unique experience during our Japan trip. Shinji-san and his staff were magnificent, picking us up and dropping us off, carting our luggage in the rain, and attending to any of our needs. The facilities are clean, modern and comfortable, the view was amazing despite the bad weather and we had a great view of Fujisan while we sat on the deck and cooked our BBQ and drank cold beer. The food was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely come back again.

There were not many time slots for the shuttle service to the bus station.

We were able to see mount fuji from our room. The room looked like a camping tent but the amenities are well beyond expectstion in terms of cleanliness. We have a very comfortable stay. During our BBQ dinner, we also spotted deers behind our tent! It was a pleasant surprise.

Our stay was super comfortable. The electric blankets made all the difference, as was a chill in March. We were lucky to experience a clear view of mt fuji whilst here. I would highly recommend a stay here at least once.

The food provided was not good for 650 euros / night. It was really bad to be honest. The breakfast was terrible. Just bread with ham and cheese. The dinner was not bad but still it wasn’t delicious.

The location is amazing and the view of Mount Fuji is what you pay for. But if the sky has clouds it’s a waste of money.

We had no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fabulous time at Minenohana - we were blessed with exceptional weather so to see Fuji so perfectly brought tears to my eyes. The staff were so kind and warm to the children, as well. The tents were very comfortable - we were there in April so it wasn’t too hot or cold. The bbq was very plentiful - lots of beef, pork and chicken (perhaps vegetarians would need to sort out another arrangement). Would definitely suggest to take the tents located on the higher level to get the best views. The bonfire and the marshmallow roasting at night were a lovely touch, as well.
