Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThere is nothing I did not like about this property. It was fantastic
The breakfast every morning was delicious. The staff were very nice. It was also great to have access to umbrellas when necessary, they were right at the front door. The rooms were clean, bedding was great!

JapanThe location is not very convenient if you are traveling by public transport - easier to use taxi. Also the hotel states that they have shuttle service to the airport but they actually don’t. There is a bus to the airport that stops in front of a different hotel which is 20 mins on foot away, which is too far if you are traveling with a lot of luggage. Again - taxi is the way out. Or travelling by car.
Perfect place if you want some chill time at the ocean. There is a beach just 5 mins from the hotel and an interesting cultural park right next to it. The room was clean and spacious. Really liked the combination of Japanese and western styles. The breakfast is very generous.

AustraliaThe hotel is located a little out of the way, and can be a bit solitary for a single traveller.
Clean & comfortable. Friendly reception staff. Free access to adjacent Murasaki Mura Ryukyu Kingdom Theme Park was a bonus, particularly as Ryukyu Lantern Festival was on.

CanadaVery nicely priced for an entire family room. The hot springs bath is free as a hotel guest and the location is convenient to reach a lot of places nearby by car.

FranceNothing! Just worth mentioning: -Nearest bus stop about 15min walk. You need to be lucky with taxi if you have heavy luggage. I could get Uber, but to leave the clerk had to order with Didi for me - you come here to visit the park, other this and another spot (with horse ridding and some craft workshop) just behind there s nothing to do.
The hotel is in the park so it's perfect to visit the park, especially during the Ryukyu lantern festival. A bit pricey but very good hotel. the room is big, no humidity. The temperature was perfect in the room, even if it was chilly outside. Toilet separated from bathroom. Nice view from the window on the sugar cane and the sea on the back ground and also from the corridor Its Classic old fashioned style, but good one :D very well maintained, super clean. Breakfast was okay, a good variety of good but mainly savoury. Doesn't worth it for sweet tooth. It's buffet style, but the meal are not super hot. Very cute granny doing the service!

United StatesLoved it
Awesome hotel in a very quiet area right next to a really cool cultural attraction. Was a nice cultural experience in addition to a comfortable stay. My wife forgot her wallet there at the breakfast hall and they even found it and held it for her safely at the reception. Was great!

United StatesThe beds were harder than I like.
A quiet Yomitan hotel with a fantastic Okinawan culture experience. Breakfast was delicious with a verity of tradition dishes. The view was a beautiful rural farming area adjacent to the East China Sea.

United StatesIt would be nice to play Okinawan music at the check in office.
This place is great for those who want to get the taste of old time Ryukyu with modern comfort. Especially great for family with children. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and have lots of activities that kids can enjoy. Better to make reservation for activities in advance after getting there. Okinawan style Yukata was also very nice.
