The window AC in one of the bedrooms is not very powerful, but we were there during an august heatwave.

The back room air conditioning is very loud so no one slept in that room but as it was only 3 of us we could go into the other rooms.

Carrying luggage 1 story up the stairs to the elevator was hard but other than that, the place was perfect.

Very close to the streetcar station and the location is very convenient. Many places to eat around the area and 711 across the street.

Close to the main attractions area (meaning the dome). The flat was clean, working AC, working washing machine. 7/11 right across the street for late minute shopping. I would come again.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping on the couch. Prefer an electric hot water kettle rather than the hot water dispenser Not sure if it was pollen or dust, but had troubles breathing in the bedroom. Perhaps the curtains need to be cleaned since one person has to sleep under them

No english channels on the TV. Could have had more kitchen supplies. Eg, knives, bowls etc.

Great space, close to public transport and walking distance to peace park. Comfy beds and good shower. Good kitchen and outdoor patio.

You have to walk the first fly of steps as the elevator is only from the first floor. The door frames are really low and I if you are above 175 cm you will be hitting bumping your head if you forget about it

The kitchenette needs a few more things - butter knives, a knife for cutting things and a larger pot to cook for the family. A small salt shaker would be nice too have too. The check in procedures are a little annoying. it was a little much to have to input all passport information for our party of 5. The check in procedures also required the phone to have charge right up to 3pm/check in which isn't always possible when travelling. it would be better to be sent the check in code the morning of check in.

A bright and large apartment by Japanese standards. We were very comfortable here. Nice to have two bedrooms. The beds are comfy, the shower is good, and the TV has Netflix's. The location is fantastic, only a short walk from the Peace Memorial Park, which was our primary purpose for visiting Hiroshima. The neighbourhood is nice with a kids park nearby and plenty of restaurants. We really loved Hiroshima.

The accomodation is super close to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and good food zone - Hondori.

The aircon in the bedroom was pretty loud and the rental bikes were about 20mins walk away (on a hot day it was a long walk)

This property is located within a 10-minute walk to Peace Park, the ferry to Miyajima (Itsukushima Island) and other facilities like the stadium and swimming pool. Our family enjoyed staying at this property, which was conveniently located at 7/11 across the road, and a number of izakaya's and restaurants were nearby.

The apartment is near transport, but is a little bit of a distance from the main station - so I would suggest getting the one day tram pass as we realised it would have been easier (though this is nothing to do with the unit). Communication with the host was fine - the host did advise details of access would be provided the day before however when i followed up as there had been no communication i was advised the details would be provided the day of, luckily i had an e-sim to be able to access the web.

Great location, near tram line which connects to the main station and is direct to peace park and Miyashima Island. Bedding and bedrooms were fantastic for a family of four, very comfortable. Air-con in main bedroom was a little noisy, but we slept with it switched off. Didn't use the kitchen but it looked to have everything required. Use the washing machine. Restaurants and convenience store nearby. The host was very accommodating with allowing luggage to be dropped off prior to checkin time.
