It’s a simple and neat living space! Great for 2 people with plenty of extra space for luggage or bags. I loved how deep the bathtub is & all the staff are kind.

    Everything was perfect.

I LOVED everything at Miru Kyoto Nishiki. The rooms were larger than I expected for Japan. I got a tatami room for the experience, and the bed was super comfortable. The housing cleaning staff were very mindful and attentive. The hotel staff were always available and attentive to my needs and questions. Bonus was that the hotel was located in the best part of Kyoto. Right near Nashiki and surrounded by great stores for shopping. My favorite hotel in Japan by far!

Hotel was in a perfect location. Room very modern and clean, and a great size for 2 with all our luggage. Hotel staff were very helpful and there is free onsite laundry which is a big bonus.

    Nothing.

The location was great, really near the food market and loads of places to eat and shop. The room was well-sized and the bed big and comfortable. We loved the croissant service. A free croissant every morning - and, as the room had a Nespresso machine - it meant we could have a quick breakfast before sightseeing. It was quiet and calm. The staff were super helpful. I would stay there again.

We loved this place! Huge room, king size bed was a plus (especially after a long stay in Tokyo), toiletries were suuuper nice and the staff very kind! We even used the luggage concierge to send it to another city, and it worked really smoothly. It is in such convenient location that you can walk everywhere, which is very refreshing. The fact that we had a washer and drier with free detergent to use was veeery convenient! Would absolutely stay here if coming back to Kyoto.

Nothing at all - we LOVED our stay!

What a little gem of a hotel! We chose this location as opposed to their Gion one and did not regret it one bit. The hotel is boutique with great products in the rooms! We loved the proximity to Nishiki market yet quiet at night. Therear eco many little places to eat and drink that we wish we could have stayed longer to explore! The front desk helped us with dinner reservations and went out of their way to help!

The hotel is in a busy area but was quiet at night. A great place to start exploring the city and many shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Staff was very attentive and helpful. They helped us do our laundry and organised luggage transfer. The room had a nice size and was well equipped with a microwave, fridge and kettle. The complimentary breakfast croissants were delicious.

The personnel are invaluable and always provide the most hospitality to the customers, especially three of them during my stay there from 5.28 to 5.30. I know only one lady named Ramra. Sorry if I still got it wrong. Several times, I asked for their help with tour recommendations and directions to the spots I planned to visit. If you would like to book a traditional Japanese restaurant, and they only speak Japanese, the staff is willing to help with reservations over the phone.  This hotel is located very close to the Nishiki Market, along with many attractions and bus stations within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend this hotel to other visitors.

The location is within easy walking distance to multiple train stations, as well as Nishiki, Teramachi and Shinkyogoku covered markets, Gion and Kyoto Gyoen National Garden. We loved the fresh croissants each morning and also made good use of the laundry facilities. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Kyoto.

Lovely little hotel in a great neighbourhood. I really enjoyed the traditional feel of the room, along with the provision of different amenities and items in the room, e.g. a razor, cutlery, coffee machine. And whilst they don’t do breakfast, the complimentary croissants each morning were enough to keep me going. Really friendly and helpful staff as well.
