The carpets were dirty in all the rooms that we stayed in. Most likely caused by tourists that do not remove shoes after walking into room. Wish that the TV’s had an option to mirror our devices.

A line in the bathroom to dry small items of clothing would be useful. Difficult to get washing machine as only 2 available.

Very nice and new hotel, 5 mins walking distance from the train station. Nice room. Near train station there are lots of restaurants. Breakfast is simple but still nice and fresh.

Small and basic room. Luggage could be stored before checkin, but this was behind reception and therefore not locked.

Clean and modern, great complimentary selection of sweet breads and coffee in the morning. Had a large lockbox in the room. Good location, short walk to the station and lots of restaurants.

Only a few minutes away from Hiroshima Station, it offers easy access to transportation, making day trips to places like Miyajima Island and the Peace Memorial Park straightforward. The staff was friendly and answered our questions, but was unable to give us the confirmation needed by making a call to book a taxi for us in advance if it didn't leave from the hotel.

It was close enough to the station that you could see the building and walk to it if you took the wrong turn. There was free breakfast in the form of mini croissants that you could heat up and take with you to go.

1. The stay was generally nice, though I noticed that the staff seemed a little less enthusiastic at times. A bit more attentiveness would have made the experience even better. 2. One thing that could be improved is adding hooks or a towel rack in the bathroom, as there was no place to hang towels or clothes.

The hotel is well-designed in a style that I really like, and the location is very convenient. The free bread and coffee were a great touch.

I don’t know if it is a Japanese custom in hotel rooms but there’s almost no hooks or any means to hang the towels to dry.

Close to the major train station. Public transport in walking distance. Room was cozy and comfortable. We had a twin, which gave us more space and we had a table with two chairs. Tiny breakfast with croissants and coffee in the lounge.
