Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SpainIt is led remotely. I didn't receive any code to get into the building although I had already paid. I wait for an hour to get into the buikding, , I could get into the building just because another guest came. From there I was able to register and take the keys. The only fast way to have assistance from outside the building was by phoning to a Japanese phone number. I didn't like the area. It wasn't charm and there were some drunk guys walking around at night.
The room was big, it was very clean, and complete. I got a quiet room . The bed was comfortable. There was a private washing machine and free soap. The bus stop to the airport bus is 12min walking. It provided amenities.

ChinaIf only some dishes and wares can still be provided.😁
It's a very comfortable place to stay for a trip, for business purpose or leisure purpose. Four rooms per floor, with very good sound insulation solution, I even thought I'm the only one in this floor for a time, until I saw the neighbours. I should have read the confirmation letter more carefully, all the informations about entry are actually listed in the letter, but I overlooked and called the customer service staff to help through out the whole procedure, but she was very patient and helpful. It was great experience living in NEW NORMAL this time.

United StatesIn times of inclement weather, it would've been nicer to be closer to Kokusai Dori, but it wasn't too bad a walk. The biggest complaint I had was that the only way to cook was via the microwave and there were no cups, plates or utensils. Also, there wasn't much place to store things - just a very small table. And there was no ironing board or iron (which isn't a big deal, but it would've been nice). Also the place is a little hard to find unless you happen to approach from the side with the logo on the building.
I liked that they only cleaned twice during my stay. I work from home and sometimes it can be an inconvenience to not be able to work inside the room. Also, the fridge and freezer were of adequate size.

SpainIt does not have kitchen but I knew it in advance so it is not such a weak point.
It was very specious for one person as well it is near enough from the train station to go to the airport (15min walking) as well for taking the ferry if you want to go to different islands. Generally, I am happy with this choice and I will choose this again if I come back to Okinawa again.

United StatesThe bed was a bit stiff for me, and the hotel does not have any extra blankets.
The room was nicer than the photos. It is simple but has everything you need, including a washing machine. I appreciate that housekeeping is very limited (they come once for stays 10+ nights). I wasn't bothered by the construction. Nice part of town, easy to walk to the beach (small but pleasant), shrines, a grocery store, and even Naha's main strip (20-30 minutes depending on where you're headed). Quick 10-15 minute taxi to the airport.

New ZealandCab had trouble finding the location. Had trouble getting into the building. Instructions could have been a little clearer. Signage on the outside of the building needs to be clearer - for when you are at the corner, so you (or the cab driver) knows you are at the location.
Hotel was clean and well presented. Amenities were good. Aircon was good as it was very hot for our stay. Overall a very good experience for us.

NetherlandsThe check in, check our, the non Ennglush speakers who are suppose to help you but can only really say sorry sorry sorry. Long walking from the mono rail
This self check place is a disgrace: the check in and check out facilities wiil give you free frustration, stress and anger as really nothing was working. The customer service girls doesn't speak English and communicate over an translation device. How these people are running this place over the computer is really a disgrace. Further its really 15 min walking from the monorail in a residential neighbourhood with long stayers at this place. If you make it to the room, congratulations its big and spacious with a washer and big refrigerator.

United StatesLuckily NNH was not by the other hotels like Taira Hotel & GRG which I stayed out they were good hotels however those young scouts outside pandering to get the men to attend hostess bars etc. is annoying & noisy. I was surprised that the surroundings were dirty & trash ridden. They should have had all those guys clean in & around the outside. You need to improve your check in process. After a long flight from Hawaii it was not easy for me. I just wanted to check in take a hot shower & go to sleep. I didn't like the pop art in the room. Should have seen scenes of Okinawa instead.
I liked the location because it was away from the other hotels that had all those younger men outside scouting for people to attend the hostess bars. It was quiet especially at night. I liked your large sign on the rooftop many of the taxi drivers do not know of your presence yet. I would point to the sign while in the taxi. I really liked having the small washing machine it greatly helped especially for single men.

United StatesUnmanned facility, no one helpful
Terrible. If I knew this is unmanned facility I wouldn’t book, i never booked Airbnb and always prefer convenience and comfort of hotels but I didn’t know this hotel adopts this complicated self check in key system too. I wasted more than an hour checking in, exhausted and anxious, and had trouble checking out too. This hotel should make it top note that it’s unmanned so people like me can avoid!
