Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesVery helpful and polite staff. The breakfast was excellent, with options for every taste (¥1,650 per person if paid the evening before). We also enjoyed the free Happy Hour drinks from 5 to 8 p.m., which was a nice bonus. Free bicycle rentals were a great touch and made exploring the area easy and fun. The location is fantastic — close to the ocean, with a beautiful river view from our room. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Location is great: a 10-minute walk from Numazu station and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Amenities are what you’d expect from a Japanese business hotel. Standard, nothing fancy. Room isn’t large but doesn’t feel cramp. Decently clean.

The staff were fabulous and very helpful. They gave us a lot of information in English. The location was close to the station. The breakfast had a lot of Japanese and Western style food and drinks to choose from. It was that good a deal that we booked another 2 nights. The view of Mt Fuji from the room.
