The parking is too restrictive for different sizes of cars so we ended up paying a lot on the coin parking everyday. And the room is a bit too small for 4 people’s family even with 2 very small kids.

Location is great, and the staffs with all facilities are very kids-friendly. And the parent lounge is also very enjoyable.

The family-friendly activities are very convenient, and it just happened to be Children’s Day, so the hotel thoughtfully prepared special events for the occasion. I think it’s fantastic, and the pool is perfect for kids to enjoy.

GREAT FOR KIDS. So many things for them. Free diapers and a full pack of wet wipes! A wonderful play area which my son refused to leave for awhile with sitting and drinks for the parents nearby. A candy house, toys. I only wished I could see the swimming pool. Breakfast was phenomenal, well arranged, delicious, excellent showcase of the local specialities. Staff was polite and informative. And they let you choose your own pillows and full size bottles of shampoos and amenities. Even at each level, there were cute and useful items like a nightlight for kids. This place is also about 5 min walk from the resturants and shops and 20mins away from the airport. AND at night there is free flow drinks, soft serve ice cream and snacks at the top level. Excellent. I only wished I could have stayed a little longer

it's start of kokusai street. so location is nice. hotel it self a little bit outdated but running pretty well. so many events for kids. i surely satisfied stay with my family

Actually... nothing to dislike!!!

You will love the buffet breakfast. It is well organized and catered to adults and children of all ages. Hotel provided free ice-cream, candies, juices, beer (Orion!) during the evening in the lounge. It's perfect!

In-house parking is only available to small cars. If your car is big you will need to park elsewhere (and pay for it). Limited space (tables) for the breakfast so you will need to queue and wait for your turn during peak hours.

Very good location for a visit to Naha city. The hotel is proud of their buffet breakfast and it is for a good reason! The breakfast is really good. Two double beds are really really good for us (2 adults + 2 kids).

Our van didn’t fit in hotel parking, so we had to pay 1800 yen a day at parking across the street.

Only two washer/dryer sets for the entire hotel. It makes doing laundry very difficult.

Rooms and facilities were excellent. Comfortably fit 6 of us in the family room. Breakfast was fantastic, as well.

The room was a bit on the small side. There was a giant bed which took up most of the room (which we were grateful for) but there was hardly any room for our luggage or anything else.

This place was very family friendly. We could borrow all sorts of amenities such as pool floaties for free. We even received free diapers. There was a small play area in the lobby for children. The nightly free “yonakisoba” was nice. Great location on Kokusai Dori. Clean. Friendly staff.

Please do not put the smoking room at the entrance of the hotel. Everytime the door opened the entire lobby, including the kids playing area smelled like smoke.

The hotel is create if you travel with small kids. There was a play corner, swimming pool, and the breakfast also provided kids friendly food. Location was great,

The deco may be a little bit old, but it is ok.

This hotel is extremely family friendly and we have a great stay there. The swimming pool is great and my children love it. The location is also great and it is near the station and a great super market.
