The pool and garden was closed while we were here as well as some of their restaurants. We would have liked to use them.

This hotel was very clean overall and we loved the cool vibes. The older decor was well taken care of and so it added a cool vibe instead of feeling crusty or old. Plus the pudding at the hotel restaurant was really really good.

The hotel and rooms did seem a bit dated such as the old TV’s, but everything still works and feels solid. A few facilities were closed during my stay.

Brilliant location, out of the way but a short walk from Kokusai-Dori. Beautiful hotel and lobby. Rooms were large and featured high quality furnishing. Considering the status and rating of the hotel, the price is excellent.

It is obvious that the fabric of the hotel is showing its age - elevators are old, carpets and furniture are worn for example. It seems that the hotel is aware of this and is undergoing a modernisation program and because of this some facilities were closed - for instance the breakfast was temporarily being served in an event room. However the staff are still doing an excellent job whilst working around the limitations of the building and the renovation program. A final note - despite the name, there is no view of the harbour from any of the hotel.

Hotel was quite centrally located in Naha, a short walk away from the monorail and bus stations (although it's uphill so if you have lots of luggage a taxi might be better). Check-in was efficient and smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was surprisingly large with plenty of space for luggage and had all the required amenities including bottled water. It was helpful that there was a convenience store in the hotel. Breakfast was really excellent with a huge buffet of both Japanese and Western options, including some Okinawa specialties and ice cream! It's definitely worth paying for. The concierge desk was happy to assist with luggage delivery, taxis etc. It was easy to get to tourist spots in Naha from the hotel. I enjoyed my stay here and I'd recommend it to a visitor to the city.

If you take the monorail to hotel, you need to climb a small hill to get there; more suitable for people with car.

The room is spacious, and all the staff are friendly; also there's a convenient store right inside the hotel.

The pool closed at 5pm. Checkin was 4pm. Which meant almost impossible to use the day you arrive and minimal time on checkout day if you stay only one night. Even keeping it open until 7pm would be great for families who chose the hotel because of the pool (given less beach access in Naha than further north).

Very warm welcome from staff and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a massive buffet that offered something for everyone, including identifying allergens.

Where was the Harbourview? A bit further out than expected.

there is no complimentary water provided and we need to buy from convenience store. As we went there with little kids, we missed to have facilities for kids in room - ex: stool for bathroom etc.

staff are very friendly and hotel is in a central area. Best things is there is 7-11 inside the hotel.

big room spacious and very clean. rich and very good varied breakfast. The dinner scheduled to celebrate a child's birthday was with a special menu, we were accompanied by a jazz singer, and the surprise of the evening was the dessert prepared for the celebrated child. then fresh dishes at the Chinese restaurant and again with a surprise for our celebrant. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the staff at the two restaurants and we will be back with love.

The room was clean but the sofa cover had some old stains that made me feel really uncomfortable so I avoided sitting on it.

Amazing staff and cool facilities like pool and gym. The location is pretty close to the city centre which is very convenient. The bar is really cosy and the bartender is really kind.

Far from the center. Need to climb up on foot from all the pubs area. The only view we had was of the construction area nearby, get ready to wake up at 6am.

Good helpful team in reception, big clean rooms. Good resturants. Nice pool to chill in.

Wheather in Okinawa is very instabil. We stayed 4 days in hotel because of it, no one told us to leave as soon as possible. So we lost our flight to Europe and spent another 3700 eu to get home. The worst vacation ever. Thailand , Indonesia much better for beaches⛱️⛱️⛱️. If you consider to come in Okinawa don't hesitate and get travel insurance !!!!! Nobody will help you here.

The rooms and breakfast was really good.
