Nothing to dislike. A reasonable price for the location, service and amenities.

Excellent location. Adequate parking spaces. Breakfast was good, a little pricey but enough variety for everyone.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The tub was dated and the enamel was chipping so we didn't use it.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The rooms are huge, extremely clean and comfortable. It is located right in front of the Bayside station so you almost feel like you are staying at a Disney property (the Toy Story and Fantasy Springs hotels are literally right next to door).

The hotel and room had a somewhat dated feel and the downstairs convenience store lacked the modern touches you’d find at the nearby Hilton’s Lawson location.

I appreciated the convenience of being able to easily walk to Bayside Station for quick access to the Disney Parks via monorail. The room was also comfortable and spacious especially when compared to the average hotel accommodations in Tokyo.

Breakfast overpriced, although excellent choice. Courtyard view - had requested external view.

Location was excellent - next to Toy Story. More room that Disney hotels - although tight for luggage for 4. Spacious bathroom. Rooms made up each day. Excellent breakfast (but pricey per person). Service was impeccable.

The queues for breakfast were huge, so much so that I did not have time to wait and had to eat elsewhere. Which is s hame as i would have liked to have used my voucher i had paid for. Secondly the evening food and drinks, there is no bar or area to relax just. Service counter, which was very busy after the Disney park closed. Very difficult to relax in the evening.

If they have a free shuttle bus to Disneyland and Sea, it would be nice and can save. They have a free shuttle bus to the Bayside Station for Disney Resort Line. (You can easily walk, but it was nice to use it when it was hot weather.)

Friendly staffs and convenient to go to Disneyland and DisneySea and Maihama Station. The spacious room and amazing marble bathroom area.

Cons: 1. There is no atm or money exchange machine. We had to go to the Sheralton to use the atm. 2. It would have been awesome if the hotel had a lawson like the Hilton does. 3. The beds are a bit hard.

For reference: I booked the superior-non smoking room for my family of 4 for 3 nights. Pros: 1. The room was clean and spacious. 2. The bathroom was huge (for Japan standards). We LOVED soaking in the bathtub which filled up so fast. I loved the amenities in the bathroom. There was free face masks and other skin care products. 3. I requested for an additional bed but the hotel went above and beyond putting 4 beds. 4. Staff are all very helpful. 5. Loved the small Disney shop within the hotel. 6. There is a small pharmacy that sold the essentials. 7. Free shuttle bus to the train station and the station is literally a 5 minute walk away. 8. On the bottom floor there is a machine where you can rent power banks. 9. The water bottles where replenished everyday. 10. There was a nice little area in the lobby for children to sit and play/watch tv. 11. Budget friendly!

Very convenient comfortable and affordable stay for a Disney visit.

    • Short Stay - Check-in 18:00 / Check-out 12:00 - Delux Room - Non-Smoking
    • Stayed 4 nights

The bed was huge but not very comfortable, the pillows were tiny and sucked too. We were so tired after our days at Disney that we still slept okay.

The room (Delux - Non Smoking) was spacious and the bed was huge! It seemed larger than a king. The room gets crowded if they add an additional bed. We were 3 of us, 1 kid, and asked the hotel to remove the additional bed. We got the ocean view room which was nice saw a few couples getting married in the chapel of the hotel next door. We had 3 large bags and 3 small carryon. There wasn't enough space to stow the bags away so we lined them along the wall next to the bed. There was a small fridge and coffee make but no microwave in the room. The bathroom is very spacious, the only downside to having the toilet, shower and tub in the same room is only one can use it at a time. The tub is huge and the shower is decently spacious. The water pressure anywhere in Japan seems amazing. The toilet was good but the bidet did not work, we just thought the controls may have been disabled. If you are staying here to visit Disney then know that there is a convenient free bus service that goes to both parks and also the Maihama station. The busses are not as frequent and do not run as late as the Disney Resort Line. We booked a 3 day unlimited but other than the first day only used it twice a day to go to the park and get back to the hotel. It runs every 10 min whereas the bus is every 30 during the day and hourly later in the day and stops running at 10pm. If the bus timings and frequency works for you don't need to use the train to get to the parks. If you do use the train the hotel is right across from the bayside station a less than 5 min walk. We did not use any of the facilities, there is an currency exchange machine in the lobby but don't use it as the rates are not good but convenient to have in a hurry. There is a massage place weirdly located among rooms on one of the higher floors but it opens late at night and operates into the early morning. It must be popular as we could not get in for the 4 days we stayed.

It’s on the more expensive side, about on par with the Disney property stays.

It’s next to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. The room was HUGE for Tokyo and older but well maintained. Bathroom was crazy large.
