AustraliaSince we hadn’t booked breakfast in advance, we weren’t allowed to sit in the dining area. When we asked about alternatives, the staff only kept saying “no” without suggesting options — even though we later noticed some people enjoying their meals in the library on the second floor. A polite suggestion, like having breakfast in our room or the library, would have been much more helpful.
We loved the Japanese-inspired room with its cozy tatami floor — it made the stay feel authentic and relaxing. The big window and comfy sofa were perfect for unwinding after a long day out. The library was a lovely touch, and we even got a great café recommendation from one of the books there. We also appreciated the convenient laundry on the second floor and the self-service luggage lockers, which made our trip so much easier. We didn’t use the on-site parking, but parked at one of the paid carparks on the back street. There were several options nearby, and we had no trouble finding a spot except on Saturday night when the nearby nightclubs made the area busier. This was our second stay at an OMO5 hotel (our first was in Otsuka, Tokyo), and we were just as impressed this time around.

Omo5 in Naha was the best hotel we ever stayed in. The price quality ratio is amazing. The room was very unique with modern Japanese touch. It was very spacious, bathroom was very comfortable to use. All the amenities were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The welcome drink, afternoon cookie and evening market were perfect cherries on top of everything. The view was just WOW. The location of the hotel was perfect - 10 min walk to the main street. We will definitely stay at Omo5 when returning to Okinawa!

We enjoyed the view from the room. We arrived early, before check-in time, and were able to wait on some armchairs on the second floor. It was very quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom layout was very convenient! The garage attendant was very attentive and gave recommendations on places to eat. We liked the hotel's free activities. Great breakfast! Walking distance from Monorriel.

The hotel is sooo downtown: 20min taxi to Naha Airport, 20min walking to the main commercial area, surrounded by restaurants and stores. It allows you to visit Naha main spots just by walking. The hotel itself is nice too, with an art hotel environment, fancily decorated. There are a laundry room and lockers on the 2nd floor, quite convenient for backpackers.

The location was excellent and staff were very supportive, we received great services!!! It’s very clean. The convenience store is located just around the corner! The breakfast was good, was served quickly! The access to the Kokusai doori (The Main Street) is about 12-13 minutes on foot.

Besides strategic location for both buses and Yui Rail, i really love their interior. Modern and Premium. They have library in 2nd floor which is super convenient for those who need to work like me without any noises. The hotel environment is good and they have alot of activities daily. It's pretty interesting. And thumb up for the room cleaning. I was staying there for 5 nights and their cleaning service were really efficient and clean.

Very value for money hotel and it was a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness and service was top notch, and location was decent. Breakfast was amazing, I loved the french toast. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed in Okinawa and was pleasantly surprised by the price.
