Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

NetherlandsIt was necessary to "reserve" a timeslot for the meals. Not a big problem, but I would've preferred a bit more freedom. The alcohol options during dinner was not included and came at an extra cost. A bit far from the city if you miss the shuttle.
The view from the balcony was beautiful and the hot springs were also enjoyable. they also had a small outdoor bath. The food selection for breakfast and dinner was quite big and really delicious. The lounge area with unlimited drinks was also nice. rooms were extremely large.

JapanI was a little disappointed that the breakfast buffet didn't have butter (as I don't like margarine). I also heard from my female companions that their rotenburo was somewhat small. In the interest of fairness, perhaps the management could swap the male and female pools at a set time as many hotels already do.
Due to the location of the hotel, every room would have a commanding view over Gero and the surrounding country. I was especially impressed by the reception area and lounge, where there was a free flow of drink. The onsen was also good with excellent facilities.

Hong Kongit’s a bit far away from the downtown, there’s no shuttle bus during lunch time and we tried to walk to the hotel. It should be a wonderful hike but the route shown in google map was blocked and we had to find our way to get there.

United KingdomAlthough it was very secluded and felt like you were away from the city. It was quite inconvenient to get to without a car.
The amount of facilities was overwhelming and the service couldn’t be better our host helped us with the suitcase to our room. The dinner and breakfast was outstanding and everything was perfect to the very minor details.
