Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Beds were a bit hard but we still slept okay.
We loved the proximity to the beach, just a few minutes walk away. The rooftop bar and restaurant was a bonus for the evenings. The air conditioning in the hotel was a welcome relief from the heat.

Very convenient location for us visiting OIST. Hotel was welcoming, clean and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great.

Great for OIST but location far from tourist locations. Beaches walkable but anywhere else need car hire. Buses not so frequent. Small balcony in room but no furniture-table and chair would have been useful.
Short walk to OIST. Hotel was very welcoming and super clean. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Nice room in main hotel.

Breakfast was so and so weak.. Surprisingly, it is taken and carried to the room by the visitors with tray. Also, no halal food.

Villa is not at the same location as the main building. 1 min drive by car and about 6min to walk to the main building. If your stay is with breakfast, need to go over to the main building to collect the breakfast set. Breakfast dine in at the restaurant is not available. No convenient store nearby. Nearest supermarket is about 10mins drive away.
We booked the Villa with kitchen. Good room space. Within walking distance to the beach.

The villas are not near the main building where the front office is located. Need to drive from the villa to the main building to collect our breakfast set. Breakfast set is simple. It comprises salad, soup, pastry/bun and coffee. There is no convenient store within walking distance of the villa. About 10min drive to the nearest supermarket, McDonald.
We booked the Deluxe Villa which can actually caters to to 10pax. This villa is very big. It occupies the entire floor on the 2nd storey. Villa is very clean and in good working conditions. There is a washer and dryer on the 1st floor for use by the villa guests ( there are 4 villas from this hotel). It's a walking distance to the beach.

As we are at the villa side we need to drive to the main property to collect bfast daily. The bfast menu is limited, salad, soup, a packet of breads and a beverage. If one stays for 3 or more nights, I can bet, you’ll not want to take the bfast after Day2. Few eateries around.
We stayed at the villa and it is clean and nice. Quiet neighbourhood. Crockery and utensils are provided in the kitchenette. A comfortable villa and it’s near the beach. However I don’t think it’s a nice beach to swim in, rather dirty.

The hotel does not have any restaurants, so need to drive up quite a bit distance to get dinner, and the restaurants around tend to close early by 9pm
Home style hotel very cosy and comfortable, location is conveniently to drive to the north and the mid of the island so we can move around conveniently

All room seems to have two beds per room so it was quite expensive for solo travelers.
The location was good and was convenient to attend a conference at OIST. The restaurant serves good meals and the scenery of ocean was pleasant Free washing machine The staff was nice

Bringing breakfast in a basket on foot, from one property to the other and within a narrow time-window (7-8 am) was really bad experience. Moreover we couldn't get advantage of the resturant for other meals. The choice of items in breakfast menu were very limited. Rooms are also little smaller and without storage facility
Overall stay was comfortable. Facilities were good. The staffs were excellent.

Breakfast was ok, but not the best I've seen in other hotels.
Location -- very close to OIST where the international conference was going on. Large room with two king-size beds and a balcony. Very quiet environment and good view of grassy area and trees from the balcony. Very friendly and accomodating staff.
