Compared to other hostels I've stayed at in Sapporo, this one was very small. The washroom was super tiny, like when I bent down my face would pretty much touch the wall. But other than that? That was my only complaint and I found that the dryer didn't really dry the clothes very well, but maybe that's my problem.

The best thing about this hostel is the location. It's very close to Susukino station which is the main entertainment area in Sapporo. It's only like a 10 to 15 minute walk and it's also very close to the subway station, which is like a 3 minute walk. It's just right outside the hostel doors.

Not sure if it was because of our June weekend dates, but the hostel is very standard and wasn't great value compared to other stays in Japan. The price rivaled a proper hotel stay, but we opted for this since it had a more generous free cancellation policy. At the door they ask you to switch into slippers and bag your shoes, which is fine; however, we saw several sets of wet luggage wheels tracking in from outside so this largely seemed like a poor use of plastic for the bags.

The staff service was lacking in excellence, with insufficient instructions provided upon arrival. A more comprehensive briefing of hotel information during check-in would be beneficial. Upon arrival by car for a brief stop, the receptionist merely suggested parking outside temporarily without offering further assistance in person, even as we intended to quickly collect our key before going out for dinner. Additionally, there was a noticeable miscommunication regarding parking guidance, and the staff's friendliness could have been improved.

The rooms provided a conducive atmosphere and were impeccably maintained.

We stay during winter going to and from the bus stop with luggage is very difficult. So I suggest to take a taxi from the bus stop going to hotel

The property is value for money considering it is around Susukino Area and there are nearby convenience stores and metro station is around 5mins walk.

Cons: no blackout curtains and the room got very bright, small room (double room), difficult to take shoes off before entering the building in such a small space which sometimes get crowded (chairs or a bench would be helpful), hand towels not provided for free

The beds were very thin and rooms were cramped. Sink placement was awkward. Entrance area quickly became crowded if more than a few people arrived at the same time.

I had to book this last minute so I had to spend 60€ for one night which is I think far too expensive for a hostel. The beds are also the typical Japanese mattresses so very thin and the bed frame is wooden. I didn't mind but I think its good to mention.

Friendly personnel, very updated interior, closeby a subway station and there was a lawson closeby.

The room is very very small, not suitable for people travelling with big luggage

Very clean and in good condition. Everything looks new and there's very good insulation and ventilation in the building.

The dryer didn’t dry my clothes very well so I had to go to a Laundromat not too far from the hotel.

Great hotel in central Sapporo. Great facilities and the staff was great at giving information. The room was small but I was expecting it. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we had two great nights in Sapporo.

The hostel is very well located and clean. The value is pretty decent too. My only comment would be to change the beds so they are located one on top of the other. That would give the room more space. And take the little fridge away, it doesn't cool the drinks at all and we can use the one in the kitchen instead.
