Minor inconvenience figuring out how to reset the hot water, but we figured it out.

Spacious and clean. Our family of 4 was very comfortable for our 3 night stay. Amenities were sufficient for everything we needed, and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The location was easy walking distance to transportation, restaurants and shopping, including a large supermarket down the street. The host and on-site staff member went above and beyond when we experienced an unforeseen accident/fall while walking back to the property and had to call an ambulance. The on-site staff member even showed up at the emergency dept. and gave us a ride back to the apartment. The host was willing to extend our check-out time to help give us some more time the next day before check-out. Porto 7-5 was one of our favorite spots during our trip, and we would definitely stay again!

Need a comfortable chair in living room. Needs soft gliders on wooden chairs. Needs at least one sharp knife in kitchen.

Clean and modern building, an apartment which equipped with all the necessity of a house. Located in a quiet estate which near to supermarkets and restaurants. Thanks to the host who provided all the necessary information prior to our arrival for a smooth check-in and check-out.

Beds could be a little more comfortable. But I am willing to overlook it because of the other amenities available.

The facility is clean, quiet, pet friendly, and close to seawall, American Village, restaurants and conveniece stores. All amenities offered in the accommodation was 100% outstandanding. It is difficult to find pet friendly places n Okinawa but this place exceede our expectatíon.

AMAZING location! Right down the road from Sunabe sea wall. We stayed here for over a week during our outgoing PCS and had an excellent experience. It was far more comfortable than a hotel with all the same amenities. Everything is modern and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Parking was a lil confusing but we think we figured it out. Wasn’t sure where we could park or if spots were assigned or not. But not really bad thing so so please don’t take this as negative

Pillows are flat, and there are no hooks to hang towels outside of the shower. Also we didn’t know how to use the stove or toaster. We also had several nights the neighbors above us were loud on the 4th floor until midnight which made it hard to sleep. It stopped after we reached out to the staff until new people checked in.

It’s was clean and spacious and in a great location right next to the Chatan sea wall with lots of yummy local restaurants. Close to American Village as well. The staff was very quick to respond and helpful when needed!

The location was amazing. Easy 10-15 minute walk to everything on the sea wall. The place is great. Plenty of room and really cozy. The shower was fantastic! We used this place as a TLF prior to PCS and it worked great.

towels provided were very thin and relatively small. there was only one bath towel for each person and extra needed money. the “sofas” are two cubes and some cushion so not too sturdy and not comfortable to lean back.

as we were there for a week, good to have the space, small kitchen and washer dryer. location was good if you need to be close to the bases and American Village but it’s not a vacation area nor resort area.

Porto-7-5 was amazing! Plenty of amenities! The location us SUPERB, right next to the seawall. Overall a 99/100! The beds can have more cushion though.

The landlord gave us the different room number. We arrived late and had no room and had to wait till they get back to us. They don’t pick up the phones and don’t reply anything much in English. I had to ask my friend to help type in Japanese.

there was no broom or vacuum, so it was a little hard to clean up after a mess or a meal.

nice property and good size for a family. walking distance to the sea wall, grocery store, and restaurants. pet friendly and a kitchen to cook! there was shampoos, soaps, and detergent to use.
