It was a cozy stay in the heart of Nagoya. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the good and helpful staff on site. Great was the stylish design in a bit darker tint!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel although it may have been refurbished since then (first time was 13 years ago!) Great location, between 5 & 10 minutes walking distance from Sakae Metro Station, exit 12. We had arrived in Nagoya a few hours before check in & were able to store our luggage at the hotel enabling us to explore a bit. Check in itself was straight forward. Nice sized room and comfy bed. Good sized bath & shower. Tea & coffee making facilities & fridge were much appreciated. Great restaurants nearby for dinner and of course plenty of convenience stores for breakfast provisions. Walking distance from so many shopping locations and a metro system that is easy to navigate (especially compared with Osaka & Tokyo :-)). We were also allowed us to store our luggage after check out for a couple of hours which was really helpful.

United KingdomHotel was in a very convenient location, under 10 minutes to Sakae Station, and had plenty of konbinis (7-eleven, Family Mart, Lawson), a McDonald's and drug store nearby. As shown in the photos, the sink is within the bedroom itself only separated by a curtain which was ok for our group but some may find it noisy.

ThailandThe hotel do not have parking space and the affiliate parking need to walk 7min which we just found it very inconvenient with a kid and 3 large luggage, so we park the one that near the hotel with 12 hours costs 1300yen.
Location is superb with drug store just right besides the hotel. The hotel room is clean, comfortable and towel is clean and not smell like other hotels that I stayed in Nagoya.

Very clean hotel and room. Room cleaning is done daily, unless you request at the reception not to do it. High speed WiFi throughout the hotel, good enough to do video meetings. Friendly staff, also English-speaking. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choices: Japanese hot food, rice, soups, cereals, yogurt, many salads and fruits. Very pleasant breakfast room (Ally's restaurant on the same floor as the lobby). Location is perfect, 5 minutes walking distance to Oasis area with many shops and restaurants and Sakae underground station (two stops from the Nagoya main train station).
