Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaI booked this hotel as I was going to take trips to the islands so wanted to be close to the port, and it is very walkable. The hotel exceeded my expectations, it is very new and for the price offers a very good experience. Room was small but had everything you need, separate toilet and shower. It offers a free breakfast, which is very basic but nothing to complain about. If you want something substantial go out! There is a family mart around on every corner and walking distance to the main tourist strip (which was disappointing).

We didn’t expect much since it was just a one-night stay, but it turned out to be one of the most valuable hotels of our trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a decent-sized room — enough space to open two large suitcases. The location was great: slightly away from the busy Kokusai Dori but still within walking distance, and very close to the monorail station, which made getting around super convenient. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful with everything and every question we had. We loved it and would happily stay again!

Hong KongThe room we booked with double beds are relatively small. Enough for couple to have a short stay. Sometimes the wifi connection is not that good with low speed (probably too many ppl using at the same time).
The breakfast is simple but very nice with coffee, excellent for refreshment. All the facilities are smart, new and convenient. The room is very tidy and clean. The hotel location is wonderful and very close to the Yuri Rail and shopping centre. Lots of store, supermarket, restaurant and shops nearby. It is very nice for short stays.

The location was perfect, as we wanted to be near the port. The friendly Staff were there at check-in, so they helped us with the computer. As my name didn't exactly match the name on the booking, they had to alter it via their system before we checked in. The Breakfast was more a snack which was perfect for our needs: A cheese and ham bagel each, a Coffee and hot lemon drink
