The breakfast really wasn’t good. Most of the times we just went to a convenience store. Also the washing machines were always taken and people left in their clothes for whole days, and the staff said they can’t just take them out which we of course understand but this was really annoying.

Nice room with a good bed. Very clean hotel looks expensive. It was also nice that we could stream to the TV. The location was great: you can take busses and subways to anywhere in Nagoya from here. A lot of free amenities are free to take in the lobby.

The room didn't have a phone, however there was one available near the elevator on each floor. Some typical amenities like shoe horns, clothes spray were missing but are more nice to have just in case.

The lobby and extra amenities are quite unique with it being easily accessible if needed. There was a free light breakfast available but I didn't use it, but it was nice to have that option there. The bed was quite big and comfortable. This hotel definitely has one of the more unique and modern designs compared to your standard business hotels you see in Japan. There was also an air purifier in the room which was a nice option.

Not a big deal but there's not much options for breakfast, but one may say it's better to have than nothing. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

The location is convenient, clean and there are plenty of tables in the lounge/dining room to seat down with family. There are also complimentary choices of toiletries which are handy. The staff are friendly and approachable.

When I booked the room I didn't notice that there was no kettle in the room. So I couldn't do tea or a noodle-cup in my room. Also breakfast was disappointing. One day the choice was just a piece of bread and a hot drink. It was not really a sandwich, just bread. The next day it was a hot dog and a drink.

I chose the hotel for its location and it did not disappoint. There are enough grocery stores and restaurants nearby, as well as public transportation. The hotel entrance is beautiful.

Breakfast was very limited and did not offer any variety. We decided to buy our own at 7/11 which is very close by. Offering a wider selection to cater for foreign tourists would be a good idea in my opinion.

My wife and myself stayed for 1 night and then continued for another 6 days. I wish the hotel can improve on the breakfast. For 1 week we were like having the same breakfast everyday… By having different types of food everyday.

The location is very near the train station Very accessible to a lot of tourist spots. Very short walk going to Mirai Tower, Sunshine Sakae, Science Museum, Fushimi Underground Izakaya and a lot more. The staffs are friendly and helpful all the time.

My daughters bathroom flooded after she had a bath, it seemed the water came out from under the bath. Her clothing got wet. Her room was No. 718

The staff were very friendly and professional and helped us with checking in and using the facilities. I liked the coin laundry and being g able to check its availability on the television. The lobby area was clean and pleasant.

The view from the window was quite limited, facing the wall of a neighbouring apartment building at a very close distance, which made the room feel a bit confined. The bathroom facilities appeared somewhat dated, and the bathtub was noticeably squeaky. Additionally, I would have appreciated at least one more breakfast option to provide a bit more variety in the morning.

The location was convenient—just a 10-minute walk from a busy train station, making it easy to reach the main parts of Nagoya. It is situated within a 30-minute walk (2.5 km) from the main train station, so one could even walk there if they are not carrying any heavy luggage. This was especially helpful for tourists, although I was visiting for business. All the basic amenities needed for a business trip were readily available, making the stay very convenient.

We are vegetarian and they prepare the breakfast already at lunch time the day before. When we arrived they said they have two different options for breakfast (both include meat) and they could not change it anymore. Was quite disappointing and so we just received one coffee… But also the fact that it is prepared so early is not very nice.

Room was a little stuffy and small but essentially nothing wrong with it - no view out from the window which made me feel a little more ‘trapped’ but I do tend to feel claustrophobic easily. My kids loved it. The free breakfast is a set - two options but one option ran out early-ish and not being meat eaters meant we went without breakfast - but that’s essentially on us not the hotel, but more options would have been nice. The only other little thing was a one way escalator up the initial foyer stairs which meant lugging heavy luggage down the stairs when we left. Not a big problem for us but if you have lots of luggage you struggle with, it’s something to be mindful of although it seemed to change directions depending on time of day so you could be lucky to get it going the right way both on arrival and departure.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was straight forward, easy access from train station, felt modern and clean.
