Breakfast was not so good.....Western one was poor/minimal hence we ended up buying breakfast via Family Mart. Kettle in room but no coffee or anything.

Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Great design/layout. Staff welcoming. Beds super comfy. Air-conditioning worked really well.

Very clean. Room was nicely furnished. Japanese shabu shabu breakfast was great and staff at breakfast were always so smiley. Beer available at the bar was great.

You have to communicate the exact time in which you plan to have breakfast, the day before. I understand the reason, but it was a bit unconvenientl for us.

breakfast was nice, but it was the same every single day. We stayed 4 nights, so at the end, even though it was good, it was too much of the same. The staff at the from desk did not inform us properly about the cleaning (which was upon request) and about the drinks at the lobby, we learnt at the end that, I think, there were free drinks and snacks.

The hallway carpet on floor 3 could use a cleaning.

While located very centrally in Naha (with easy access to the monorail), noise is not an issue in this location. Similarly, the insulation between rooms seems to be quite good as well. The room itself was laid out in ryokan style, with the bed slight raised. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was spacious with enough room to place toiletries. There is a bar next to the reception that offers complimentary drinks.

The staff were so kind and accommodating, breakfast was a lovely experience every day, the sauna is excellent. Down the road is the best gyoza I have ever eaten in my life. The hotel is safe, clean, has a relaxed but luxurious vibe. Easy walk into town, to the beach, and to public transport. A great intro to Okinawa.

Breakfast was pretty much the same every day. After a few days we felt it could have used a little variety. The hotel didn’t have laundry though we could use the one in the hotel next door. We still had to cary our stuff across the street which was a little inconvenient.

Break fast wasn't so good for us, but I think It depends on our habits. There are two options: western style (eggs, sausages, fried chicken, cabbage salad) or japanese style.

A little far from metro especially if dragging suitcases but totally fine.

Very nicely layed out hotel, loved the Japanese room vibes and the lovely wooden slippers given to the guests. The breakfast option was amazing and the chef was kind enough to show us how to eat our Japanese breakfast ( shabushabu) correctly. Will definitely come back!

The room was massive and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed in a traditional Japanese style room and the tatami mats were very comfortable to lay down and clean. The bathroom was spacious and the staff were very friendly.
