Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Great design/layout. Staff welcoming. Beds super comfy. Air-conditioning worked really well.

Mexicobreakfast was nice, but it was the same every single day. We stayed 4 nights, so at the end, even though it was good, it was too much of the same. The staff at the from desk did not inform us properly about the cleaning (which was upon request) and about the drinks at the lobby, we learnt at the end that, I think, there were free drinks and snacks.

United StatesThe hallway carpet on floor 3 could use a cleaning.
While located very centrally in Naha (with easy access to the monorail), noise is not an issue in this location. Similarly, the insulation between rooms seems to be quite good as well. The room itself was laid out in ryokan style, with the bed slight raised. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was spacious with enough room to place toiletries. There is a bar next to the reception that offers complimentary drinks.

The hotel is safe, clean, has a relaxed but luxurious vibe. Easy walk into town, to the beach, and to public transport. A great intro to Okinawa.

Very nicely layed out hotel, loved the Japanese room vibes and the lovely wooden slippers given to the guests. The breakfast option was amazing and the chef was kind enough to show us how to eat our Japanese breakfast ( shabushabu) correctly. Will definitely come back!
