Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The location is great, just a minute to the station, to the river and a few more minutes into the city center.

AustraliaRoom was poorly laid out, with ineffective use of available space. Tiny desk which has to be rolled from over the refrigerator to be used. Can easily imagine how the room could be rearranged to fit more stuff in while not losing any walking space.
Cheap. Close to station and the shops in the station area. Checkin process is partially automated, just the payment part but it’s a sign of progress.

United Kingdomthe bathroom was very... plastic. it wasn't dirty or anything, it just felt so plastic. Like it was made a very long time ago and they tried to save money while doing it. Also absolutely tiny, and I'm not big at all (5'3 and 55kg), but then again that's Japanese bathrooms for you.
The hotel was actually nicer than I thought it would be. The location is great, right next to the Station, although getting into the building isn't easy (not difficult though either) because the sign isn't actually all that big (you just have to look for it). The bed was ok and I was glad the central heating system was working properly. i had a decent sleep.

United StatesThe registration process is a bit complicated: a registration form (just put your name; don't bother answering every question about your itinerary), then they scan your passport and give you a card key, then you go to a machine that looks like an ATM to pay off your room. It could be easier and faster if they did it for you. The room is tiny; everything is compact. The TV is not on the wall but next to your bed, and I don’t know how to watch it at this angle. The bathroom is made of plastic, giving the feeling that you are pooping in Legoland. If you are taller than 6ft, you'll find yourself crouching pretty much every time, and this bathroom is no exception.
Staff is very friendly, even if they don’t speak English, they find the way to help and explain. The place is clean, TV programs are interesting to watch. It’s very close to the JR station.
