Comfortable and spotlessly clean room. Great location very close to the station. Helpful and friendly staff - my arrival was late as the trains were delayed due to the weather but the staff were very accommodating.

United KingdomThere were no issues at all. Perhaps the room was a bit small, but it was well worth the price paid.
The hotel is great value for money - it's pretty much standard Japanese business hotel. I'm pleased the rooms are cleaned each day, and the shower in the bathroom is pretty strong. It's very close to the east exit of Sendai station. The 'Welcome coffee' is a nice bonus. The staff were nice and kindly provided me with an extra pillow on request.

SingaporeSmall table but I have not much issues with it. Just wanted to put my breakfast on it. Did not opt for hotel breakfast as I wanted to try their pies that I bought from the station.
First time in Sendai, I had trouble with navigating but all was good when my GPS finally managed to pinpoint. The walk from Sendai station is quite a distance and I strongly recommend to go first level instead of exiting from second level as you need to walk past biccam building and down the small escalator. The hotel room is clean and just nice for a solo traveller to rest for a night.
