The location was a little far from the station and on the opposite side of all the attractions.

They were really persistent in wanting to tidy up the room. We said no to the cleaning lady, because we had not vacated the room at the time. This prompted a call from the reception and the receptionist knocking on the door.

If you luggage is very big, you need to be smart in terms of using the space :) Nothing else to complaint.

Breakfast is good. Coffee, juice, salad, oat, soup, bread, curry rice, & salted egg... (no milk :( You can take it back to your room.

There were no issues at all. Perhaps the room was a bit small, but it was well worth the price paid.

The hotel is great value for money - it's pretty much standard Japanese business hotel. I'm pleased the rooms are cleaned each day, and the shower in the bathroom is pretty strong. It's very close to the east exit of Sendai station. The 'Welcome coffee' is a nice bonus. The staff were nice and kindly provided me with an extra pillow on request.

Small table but I have not much issues with it. Just wanted to put my breakfast on it. Did not opt for hotel breakfast as I wanted to try their pies that I bought from the station.

First time in Sendai, I had trouble with navigating but all was good when my GPS finally managed to pinpoint. The walk from Sendai station is quite a distance and I strongly recommend to go first level instead of exiting from second level as you need to walk past biccam building and down the small escalator. The hotel room is clean and just nice for a solo traveller to rest for a night.
