I was not able to change the amount of total guests on booking.com and had to pay a little bit more when checking in to accommodate the number of people in the party. The information on booking.com was not correct about how many beds in each room. It said that double rooms have two beds and twin rooms have one bed, however at the hotel we found out that this was not correct. However the staff was very helpful in accommodating our requests upon arrival, even though we had to pay more.

Meal ticket was a nice touch, staff were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

The location may be inconvenient if you arrive by train.

The shipping containers make for pleasant free standing accommodation. The bed and amenities are nice and car access is convenient. The staff are very friendly.

What a great idea container accommodation. Clean , comfortable everything was thought about to make for an enjoyable stay. Checking in we were offered tokens to choose from the deep freeze two prepared meals that were delicious, freshly brewed real coffee and as much green tea as you cld drink. They have a onsite laundry also in a container washing machine washes and dries all your clothes (you put in your own code so that the machine can’t be opened by anyone but you) after wearing the same clothes for a few days this was great to find. The inside of the container was fitted out with a separate shower and toilet cubicle, air conditioning, heater, TV, fridge freezer a comfortable bed. The only negative was for a family of four it would be a squeeze but for a couple it was perfect. Two containers together fitted out would be great for a family (container also had a window) didn’t make you feel claustrophobic. Highly recommend 😊there was also a seven eleven store next door

Just make sure you reserve the correct location!! They have 2. One in Iwakuni and the other in Kuga but both named R9 The Yard Iwakuni (Kuga just has Kuga added to the end)! We made the mistake of making reservations at the wrong one.

Excellent staff. I mixed up my dates and they tried to be very helpful. Staff spoke good English and did what she could to help out. Clean accommodation, very practical and enough space for single traveler.

The check-in is very good, the hotel process is simple and working very well? There are free drinks and simple frozen food. It is very clean with free parking, it is value for money. Only 15 mins to the tourist spot.

Not that convenient for public transport Bus stop is 8 minute walk away Train station 20 minutes walk. This wasn't an issue for us and most people seemed to have hired a car

It's super clean, really quiet. Next to a pharmacy and 7/11 We got meal vouchers for every night we stayed. Complimentary tea and coffee. Car park It was a very relaxing stay for us

1st time staying in the yard container. But the room was exceeded my expectation. Parking is available just in front of your room. The location was great, 7Eleven just right to the next. Hotel provided 2 frozen meals and microwave in your room, which was great.
