Comfortable accommodation to set out and explore Hiroshima from, had everything we needed, close to Hiroshima train station.

This was a little difficult to find at first, and there are narrow hallways to reach the check-in desk and room. We had a few people with a number of bags but we managed fine. The one piece that could be improved was the shower/bathtub room. The shower was surrounded by opaque glass walls in the middle of the room. However, if somebody is taking a shower, you could clearly see into the shower room. Perhaps they can add an additional privacy curtain inside the shower.

This hotel was extremely convenient for its location/proximity to Hiroshima's central train station. A very short walk away to the train, busses, and plenty of food. The room was very clean, conformable, and private.

It's just a little dated, but overall I think it was a good value

It was large enough to spread out a bit. It has everything we needed and the location was pretty solid. We enjoyed walks along the river nearby every evening

You can only fit a couple of people with bags in the lift at a time. It was strange to have to go up extra floors to check in at a tablet but when I phoned the contact number the staff were very accommodating with my request for an early check in.

The rooms were a generous size by Japanese standards and the drying room in the bathroom came in very handy. The property was close to the station but not too noisy. The room we had did not look like most of the photos we saw of the apartments but it was better in its provision of light. The location was a bit tricky and find but the instructions provided were great so we found it without any trouble.

It was difficult to find and the check in process did not work well. However once we called the staff on the phone it got worked out. Suggest updating the photo of the entrance to the hotel because it is very easy to walk past.

It was very spacious and felt like I was staying in an apartment. There was separate space for sleeping and relaxing as well as a meditation room.

Room was a little dark and shower was very low, found it better when not over the bath. Only minor though would definitely stay again!

Probably too stylish and not practical enough. Despite there being many many lights the lighting was very dim overall. This was very nice before going to bed but less so at other times or when trying to find things in our luggage. The shower cubicle was also very spacious and stylish. But the semi transparent doors were less than ideal when travelling with family. Lastly the hotel couldn't offer luggage storage after check out, forcing us to pay for lockers at the train station.

Very noisy, if you struggle to sleep you will find difficult to stay here. The train passes nearby and you can hear it, bars outside and you can hear the karaoke. Also is cold would be nice to have better windows and isoleted walls.

Great location and easy to check in. The size of the rooms is by far the biggest we have stayed in Japan. Super nice bathroom and furniture.

Did not like the arrangement to boil water in the jug - I could not see what was happening when the jug was on top of the microwave on top of the fridge - dangerous when hot/boiling water involved.

Property is dark and it’s hard to see inside at night, I know it’s part of the concept but worth knowing in advance; no luggage checkout option after checkout.

Modern and spacious unit near Hiroshima station. It was very clean and comfy, the TV is compatible with Netflix.

Overall fit and finish was inconsistent. In some areas, it was excellent but in others, lacking. Shower was not great. Bathroom had a musty odor. Furnishings were a bit worn. Some part of the unit were shabby and in need of replacement or renovation. The biggest issue is poor soundproofing so noise from trains, street, people can be easily heard all night.

Great location, very spacious, great amenities, easy check in. AC was cold and the unit was well appointed in terms of the necessities. Area was safe and convenient to lots of food, stores, and right next to train station. Easy 30 min walk to the major sights in Hiroshima.

Difficult to find. It should be made clear that reception is on the 5th floor. Room predominantly black with subtle lighting and with too many individual switches. Carpet not particularly clean especially at the edges and behind standing lights.

There is a bit of traffic noise at night.

The staff was lovely. The room and bathroom were great, and we loved the tatami mats. It was also in a great location.
